Second time using Cheapzy, and they’ve come through for me once again. Big ups my guy and see you again next year for another round on Subscriptions.

Cheapzy’s entire business model is arbitrage: buying subscriptions in cheaper markets. Anyone using the service should understand that this comes with a real risk of account shutdown. That part isn’t my main complaint.

The real problem is support after the shutdown happens.

My YouTube Premium account was terminated due to the region issue. Cheapzy acknowledged it and said they would fix it. That was over three weeks ago. Since then:
• No resolution
• No meaningful updates
• Now complete silence

At this point, I paid for a service I don’t have, with no timeline and no accountability.

Before Cheapzy replies with their standard response: I already submitted a ticket. I already followed the process. This review exists because support stopped responding.

If you’re considering Cheapzy, understand this clearly:
• If everything works, it’s fin
• If your account gets shut down, you are entirely dependent on their support
• And when support goes quiet, you have no leverage and no service

Update: 6+ weeks and still no resolution, I did get a response saying a day or two… three weeks ago! Understand the responses to these reviews saying to contact them go absolutely nowhere.

Received YouTube product in less than 24 hours for the second time. Never had any problems with my first subscription, I’ll update if there’s any with my second, overall it’s worth the money and worth the potential risk from YouTube, because what they charge is less than 3 months of monthly

Delivery did take a bit longer than the 24 hours promised, but YouTube Premium was added to my account and works perfectly.

I've purchased from Cheapzy twice now and couldn't be more satisfied. Both times my experience has been frictionless. I benefited from fast and clear communication and my purchased services were activated quickly and smoothly.

YouTube subscription cancelled after a month. Promised to reinstate it, never did. Money gone. Avoid.

Update: contacting ‘support’ achieves nothing.

You will not get what is advertised. The accounts will lock you out for being in a different location every few days. Another the account completely deleted and the profile was just. Support will either close your ticket without helping, or be wait weeks for a temporary fix.

Can't complain about massive discounts. My second annual subscription was as smooth as first time around.

Youtube premium got disabled and now they're delaying getting it back and have basically taken my money. It's a scam, don't use it.
