Buying everyday there my products, sometimes cheaper than from the original shop. Idk what the people have.

I need to admit the support is shit, but if you turn on your brain you get it by urself to work usually.

Extremely rude support. Tells me I need to reinstall windows and to get the last version of windows 10 pro which I already have. And then tells me he will not repeat himself and ignores me. Unprofessional scammers! They also refused to give me a refund. Oh and just now I showed him and he blocked me from their website LOL...

GARBAGE SITE, terrible customer service, bought a one day r6 cheat, they don't give me the right item, then they ratted me. I open the thing i was told to download and it instantly changes a bunch of microsoft internal settings to let it do anything then burys itself in the kernel. GG

I recently had an interaction with your support team regarding a project, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. From the very first conversation, the tone of the responses felt rude and dismissive. The replies consistently came across with passive aggression rather than a genuine attempt to help resolve the issue.

This was not a one-time misunderstanding. The same type of communication happened repeatedly, which made the situation even more frustrating. Instead of feeling supported as a customer, I felt as though I was being spoken to in a condescending and unprofessional manner.

I rarely leave negative feedback, but this experience genuinely stood out. I live in the United States, where customer service standards are typically very high and interactions are expected to be respectful and solution-oriented. What I encountered here was the complete opposite of that expectation.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the quality and professionalism of your customer support. No customer should have to deal with this kind of communication when simply trying to resolve an issue.

The cheats they are trying to sell more then half are in updating and their sistem of selling is wrong that they let u buy the upating cheat while the cheat and ur day, weekly or monthly subscription are expiring, u end up of not being able to play the cheat at all and they are not willing to refund any of ur purchases that they let u buy when the cheat is updating taking ur money in return an getting you scammed by some proffesionals scammers

I purchased a 24 hour key from Cheatsellers.com and had an extremely disappointing experience. The cheat i bought never worked from the beginning. The menu would open, but none of the features functioned at all, making the product completely unusable.
I contacted support immediately and followed every instruction they gave me. I was told to wait for a developer and later accuse of trying to get a free key when I was simply trying to test the product they told me to test, doesn't make sense does it. They even refused to extend or reset my key because i responded after 24 hours, even though there was no clear rule stating that my access would be permanently cancelled.

Their support treated me unfairly, called my case a scam even though i provided clear evidence that my cheat wasn't working and refused to provide a working solution or refund despite their own policy stating that refunds may be provided if the product doesn't work or the company cannot fulfil its obligation.

I paid for a working cheat and never received one. The communication was poor, the policy was applied in a a confusing way, and the final response was just refusal. I strongly warn others to not buy from this website because they will give you a non working cheat, and try to shift the blame on you.

I experienced an easy purchasing process which led to instant access after I completed the payment. The product functioned according to its specifications, and users could access updates whenever they required them. I had a positive experience with the service, so I would think about using it again in the future.

I have used multiple service providers before this one because they promised to deliver what they committed to delivering. The setup instructions were clear, and everything worked smoothly on my system. The support team provided me with an answer to my inquiry after a suitable waiting period, which I found to be satisfactory.

I appreciate the team's professionalism. It made the process simple and easy.

Customer support was really helpful when I had questions. They responded fast and made sure I understood everything.

I purchased PORO for PUBG (30 days) for around $200. The product never worked even once. I was never able to connect to the server at all.

Over weeks, I did everything support asked:

Restarted PC

Changed hardware

Used multiple VPNs

Reinstalled and retried many times

Despite this, the software never functioned.

Instead of resolving the issue or refunding, support repeatedly told me to “try until it works” and refused any refund. They claimed connection errors are “normal” — even though I never connected once.

When I calmly asked about a refund or time extension, support became hostile and insulting, accused me of “threatening refunds”, accused me of slander, and even made derogatory comments about my nationality. Completely unprofessional.

They openly stated they “owe nothing” to customers and that buyers “have no rights” because it’s a cheat store. That tells you everything you need to know.

A product that never works + no refund under any circumstances + insults instead of support = scam-level behavior.

I don’t recommend this store to anyone. If something goes wrong, you will be blamed, insulted, and left with nothing.

don’t buy from here under any circumstances i’ve spent over 300$+ already but the first time i actually needed support they acted like they were the customer and i was the representative :D it’s a dumb place full of people who don’t even want to make money there are way better sites out there go check those instead

absolute garbage bought 2 keys both didnt work and the staff accuse me of lying, disgraceful.

i paid for a rust key and the cheat didnt work, they made me repeat steps over and over again to try and fix it but they were just wasting my time. literally hours spent following there steps and for it not to work, by that point i asked for a refund and the support team was just replying in weird emojis. unprofessional and a scam tbh just avoid.

So I bought a 30 day cheat and I have the download and all but it’s so confusing for iOS and I asked or tried to ask questions on there discord or site.
Discord support is so rude and it’s only like one or 2 people and she’s like don’t ping that’s rude like how else am I supposed to get help and then I get blocked or banned for 60min asking for help…
On there site they never helped they kept spamming emotes at me like this 🥵🤑😐 I don’t get it lol
These are a bunch of scammers plz when u read this don’t buy or contact them. It’s sad what kind of world we live in now people like that scam u of ur hard worked money…

Full Price for Broken Product, Zero Accountability

Paid full price for a 7-day NEXT LITE package. Only ESP worked. Core advertised features like aimbot and others were unavailable for most of the access period. Support refused to help, closed tickets, and repeatedly hid behind T&Cs instead of addressing the issue.

No goodwill, no alternative, no accountability. If features break, that’s your problem—not theirs. Save your money and avoid this seller unless you’re happy paying for half a product and zero support.

1. Rude and impatient
2. dosent try to even understand the problem, most of the times you are the problem in their eyes.
3. unstable payment/delivery sometimes you can get in time, but most of the time you go through support and just argue besides fixing the problem.
support worker named: ania AKA ania_zefir in discord which made me make this review after many other incovinient orders in the past.

dont buy from them they leak your dater base and lock your pc from u and try and get u to buy it all back
