First appointment and follow up service is free, that is reviewing my current pensions. Company also invest ethically, important factor for me, with low charges. So far very impressed.

They have been very helpful and very accommodating to the needs that my father require, which typically can be difficult in a modern day setting where everything is done other the phone or online, my father is is not able to communicate through these typical methods and they were and are very willing to open up options for the support to continue in a manner that tailored to his needs

We met with Alex Fry for an initial consultation and was very impressed with his easy manner and the fact that he listened to what we had to say.

Having received detailed information about my circumstances and retirement plans Duncan was able to point me to additional options which I did not recognise earlier and explained the pros and cons. Although I think that I am generally informed about pensions it was very helpful to get a different view and explanations of additional solutions from him. Still lots of work and planning for me to do to find the best option but appointment with Duncan was very useful.

Robert Wilkinson gave very helpful guidance about the things I needed to consider before entering into a drawdown agreement and provided a quote for providing advice. As my pension pot was relatively small other companies had not returned my calls so I am very grateful to Robert for responding and for the assistance he provided. He was very professional and friendly.
