To date my experience with this business has been very good. They have found overall savings for our business totalling nearly £7000 after reviewing our business rates account and discovering we had not received all of the discounts and allowances we were historically entitled to - so despite charging us 30% plus VAT for this service we are in receipt of a lump sum refund we would never have realised we were entitled to. They are also in the process of appealing the overall rateable value we pay for our premises after their surveyor attended finding areas where we may well be entitled to a lower rateable figure and although to date we have not received a final response from the Valuation Office we are hoping for positive news shortly - Fingers crossed.

The team at CCA have been superb! They have handled all the time consuming and frustrating details of gaining a fair reduction in our business rates. They have been relentless in drilling down on every detail with the VOA and council to ensure a rebate for our small business. I've often been sceptical of companies that do this, due to the many emails I receive, but CCA Ltd were amazing. Frim start to finish everything has been fantastic, brilliant to work with and a great outcome.

We signed up for a rate reduction appeal in January 2023. Although it has taken nearly 3 years to get a decision, CCA always kept us informed by email regarding delays. Most of these delays were due to the VOA government department dealing with these challenges which is obviously not the fault of CCA, however I do think that the government should look into this department, as the timeframes they give for dealing with these cases is far too long, especially during this whole time you are having to pay the wrong business rates until it is settled which can be very difficult for small businesses.
However we yesterday received a rate reduction which we believe now represents the correct rateable value of the building, and will save us over £4,000 a year. Thank you to the whole team at CCA for eventually getting this result, much appreciated.

Very quick to respond, so far first stage completed with a refund across last 3 years business rates and potentially more to follow.
