This is a great app for documenting and managing your processes. I have tried a lot of other tools but this one is the best I have found. It is particularly good for time sensitive processes as you can set up a sequence of task due reminder emails at whatever time frames you want.

Checklist system with excellent cost-benefit. Support fast responds, excellent service. If you need to create processes, with space for detailed instructions at each step, among other interesting features, this system will help you a lot.

I run a number of processes through this software. It is easy to use, fast and reliable. I use their Zapier app to automate with Zoho. I've probably saved 5+ hours of my time every week using Checkflow.
