Firstly, we would like to emphasise that we are an independent application, and the fees associated with using our service are clearly displayed before you sign up. These fees are not hidden in the terms and conditions but are presented upfront and in a transparent manner. Additionally, we require all users to agree that they have read and understood our terms and conditions before proceeding. As such, we cannot be held liable should any user choose not to read these terms.

To clarify the authorisation process, clients must manually sign the application using their finger, stylus, or mouse. No documents are ever signed on behalf of a client. This ensures that every user has given explicit consent to proceed with the application, and they are fully aware of the terms they are agreeing to.

Once the application is signed, the relevant documents, including a detailed summary of the fees, cancellation rights, and next steps, are issued via email to the email address provided by the user. This ensures that all clients receive a clear record of their agreement and the actions they need to take moving forward.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to see that you are unhappy and believe this to be a 'Scam'. We can confirm that we are a legitimate company.

Based on the date of your review we do note that this was during the busy period of January and auto responses were issued to all clients to advise that we were experiencing some delays in responding to any emails.

We note your comments made.

We can confirm that our phone lines are working, and we have been responding to your emails since 15 January 2024 regarding your payment.

Regarding our fee, you signed up with our company on 5 September 2024 at 21:31. During the process, you input your personal details, including full name, address, date of birth, and PPS number, along with your contact information. On the first page of our website, it clearly states that we operate on a ‘No Win, No Fee’ basis, which informs all clients that we charge a fee for our services. You were also required to sign and tick the box to confirm that you had read, acknowledged, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, including our fee.

Additionally, under the signature box, there is a section explaining what you are signing for, including the fee of 29% plus VAT. At no point has our fee been hidden, and we can confirm that it is clearly outlined on our website.

When we received your first payment, we informed you via email and requested your bank details to issue the payment. Once the payment was transferred to your bank account, you were notified by email. We also explained that we would check your Revenue account annually. Since we did not receive any further correspondence from you indicating that you were dissatisfied with our service or our fee, we assumed you were content with the process.

While we understand that the service may not have been as fast as you had hoped, we did complete the payment within a reasonable timescale, and many companies take longer.
You mentioned that you could do this for free, and indeed, we charge 29% plus VAT. However, you were aware of this fee from the previous claim we submitted on your behalf.

We would like to confirm that we have not ripped anyone off, as you have suggested. Please note that all clients are required to input their personal details, specify what they wish to claim for, provide their PPS number, and sign in the signature box, which clearly outlines what they are agreeing to. Within this box, our fee is explained, and there is an additional box to tick confirming that you have read, acknowledged, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

Regarding your comment about sending multiple emails, please note that our phone lines are open and available for calls from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (Friday). We are also actively responding to emails, and if you have sent one, we can confirm that it will have been addressed.

Good Morning,

As discussed in your previous review. The reason why your payment was not issued is due to your bank account that you originally sent.

When we received an account we could pay the payment was made within 2 working days. In which you have been advised many of times.

No one has ignored your nor refused to pay you your payment.

We note your comments made.

Please note that the payment we received was for your wife, not for you. We also received correspondence from your wife, including her bank details. She provided these details via email on 21 January, and the payment was issued to her account on 25 January.

Furthermore, you were notified via email that the payment had been sent. While we typically advise 5-7 working days for processing, the payment was successfully issued within 4 days.

Given this, we recommend that you speak with your wife, as your review contains incorrect and misleading information.

As previously advised, we received your completed online application on 9 December 2024 at 18:08. A welcome email, including all signed documents, was sent to the email address you used for your application—this is the same email address you have contacted us from and where we have sent all correspondence.

During the application process, you were required to sign and agree to our terms and conditions by using a finger, stylus, or mouse. No claim can be submitted without a signature. Once signed, all documents were generated automatically, and a confirmation email was sent to you containing the signature you provided. The signature box explicitly outlines what you are signing for, meaning you were fully aware and consented to the use of your signature.

Additionally, you have been informed that no claim was submitted on your behalf. We have thoroughly reviewed your records for the tax years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, and there is no record of tax paid during these periods. As a result, you were not eligible for a refund.

Please confirm where you were advised that a payment has been made to us, as we have not received any funds nor submitted any claim on your behalf. We recommend that you contact Revenue directly to clarify this matter further.

Regarding your mention of pursuing this through the Small Claims Court, we must reiterate that no claim was submitted, nor have we received any refund on your behalf. Pursuing legal action in this instance may result in unnecessary costs for you..

We note your comments made.

We are unsure what you mean by stating that we claimed your tax refund and sent you an email.

As we have previously explained in responses to other reviews, we do not scam people. If you are a client, you would have agreed to our terms and conditions and provided your information to allow us to process your claim. Additionally, all clients are informed that bank details are updated so that the payment is received by us.

Once we remove our agent account, we no longer have access to make any changes to bank details or any other information on a Revenue account.

Please note that we have now been able to locate your account based on the details you provided in a previous review.

Upon reviewing your account, we can see that the initial issue with your payment was due to a problem with the bank when the transaction was processed. This was beyond our control.

Once we identified the issue, we took steps to resolve it, and you were informed accordingly. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused, but we can confirm that this matter has now been fully rectified.

If you are a client of ours, you would have received a welcome email, which included your signed documents. The signature used in your application was generated as part of the online submission process. For this reason, we strongly refute any suggestion that your signature was forged.

Additionally, if you are a client, you would have been informed that we check your Revenue account annually. This information was included in your welcome email, as well as in any subsequent emails related to payments.

In our welcome emails, we clearly advise all clients that we update bank details to ours to facilitate payments. Again, if you are a client, you would have received this information via email.

Our website is no longer in use as we are not taking on new clients due to ongoing changes by Revenue. However, we continue to respond to all client emails. If you are a client, you will have received an email informing you that we are experiencing high email volumes and will respond as soon as possible. We can confirm that all emails receive a reply.

We can confirm we are not a scam. Our website is clear as day and have hid nothing from our clients. All our emails are responded to within a reasonable timeframe. In regards to the number you have provided in your review this number does not match the one we have. Our phone number is (0)18000849250. We are unsure where that number has come from.

in addition, we have not used anyone's personal information without their consent. The information provided on each application is only know to them. We have a lot of clients on our database and is impossible to know their information.

We disagree that we are dishonest and unprofessional.

Secondly, regarding your claim that we "stole your money," we firmly disagree. By submitting your application, you authorised us to act as your agent, including submitting your Rent Tax Credit claim on your behalf. The information provided in the application could only have come from you. Additionally, you explicitly agreed to our terms and conditions by selecting the acknowledgement box during the application process.

You voluntarily signed up for our services, agreed for us to process your claim, and accepted that the funds would be received by us before being transferred to you. If you had wished to withdraw your authorisation, you could have done so via email at any time. However, we received no such request, and we proceeded with the work as agreed.

Furthermore, by providing your bank details, you accepted the terms of payment, and we can confirm that the funds were sent to you accordingly.

Given these facts, we strongly refute all claims made against us. We have fulfilled our obligations as per the agreement, and you have received the payment as a result of your application.
