Vindictive reply after no contact for one month
See reply Checkyeti welcome the good reviews but cancelled my booking for leaving this. Still no refund received. …..I made a booking the full amount came out of my account then I noticed that it changed to just £15. No email or confirmation from check yeti. I tried to contact them but the help page only has basic options. They took £15 from me with no booking a month ago. This is actually illegal theft. I’m concerned this company behaves this way. There is no number to call and no help email. Very poor. I checked the t and c and it said they don’t charge if there is no booking. The reply just adds insult really they admitted taking the booking fee with no booking? UPDATE…. Booking now appeared on my account 1 month after taking booking fee…. As pending. No message or apology yet. Update. Received email saying I cancelled the booking!!!! No worries I’ll book direct with the ski school and show them this. This is the most unprofessional and vindictive response I’ve ever seen. The company is well up for the 5star review but cancel you if you don’t comply. There has still not been any option to respond or message all emails are no reply. I’ve taken screenshots of all the messages to share. Feel really sad that they have cancelled my session because I left a poor review

We noticed that you contacted our team today at 12:55 PM and decided to post this review at 3:00 PM, just over two hours later. Please note that our support team kindly asks all customers to allow up to 24 hours for a reply before drawing conclusions, as we always do our best to provide quick and thorough assistance.
After reviewing your case, we can confirm that you have submitted a request for ski lessons in April next year. As clearly stated in the confirmation email you received, this is a booking request, not an instant confirmation. During October, some ski schools are not yet open for the season, which means confirmations can take a few extra days to arrive, and this is completely normal and to be expected.
Additionally, we would like to clarify that you have only been charged the service fee shown at the time of booking. No amount has been charged for the ski lesson itself, as the booking has not yet been confirmed. Should you wish to cancel your pending request, you can absolutely do so and the service fee will be refunded.
It’s also important to highlight that you booked with us last year, everything went smoothly and you even left us a 5-star review. We appreciate your previous trust, which shows that our service delivers as promised.
Our team will contact you directly to provide further clarification and assistance.

Al ser un intermediario no avisan si la compañía cancela
La compañía con la que íbamos a hacer un crucero para ver ballenas había cancelado 5 días antes, pero al contratarlo a través del intermediario no nos avisaron, de hecho el día de antes nos mandaron el mail de "acuérdate ,mañana tienes una reserva".nos quedamos sin plan ni tiempo para buscar alternativa

En cuanto supimos que la actividad no podía realizarse, te enviamos un correo el mismo jueves para informarte (es decir, cinco días antes de la actividad). En ese mismo mensaje te ofrecimos una actividad alternativa y la posibilidad de recibir un reembolso completo.
Como no recibimos respuesta, entendimos que no te interesaban las opciones, pero, lamentablemente, acudiste al punto de encuentro cuando la actividad ya se había cancelado. Por supuesto, procedimos con el reembolso íntegro.
Lamentamos las molestias y te recomendamos siempre revisar y responder a los correos de checkyeti para poder ayudarte lo antes posible 🙂

Great boat trip with very friendly Skipper
We have enjoyed this boat trip very much. The skipper and partner were super kind and friendly, the beach for swimming was a good choice and the food on board was high quality and served nicely. We can recommend this experience without any doubt.

A perfect boat trip in Cagliari
A perfect boat trip for two (we had the boat all to ourselves) to the most beautiful bays around Cagliari and the Devil's Saddle.
Our skipper was simply brilliant, very informative, and very attentive.
As a surprise, there was finger food with Sardinian specialties and Prosecco :)
An all-around successful private tour. We would recommend it again and again.

We chose a boat trip from Rhodes Town to Simi.
The trip was very well organised.
The boat and its crew very professional. The swim in the sea excellent, the Monastery stop was interesting and our time in Simi town adequate for us to eat drink and site see. A first class day trip!!
