There was an issue with my voucher updating, but i contacted the helpline and this was resolved, I added my opinion on how things could be improved and they agreed, but bottom line ....I had a problem and they sorted it, I always think that it's only when you have an issue that you truly find out if a company is good or bad..in this case it's good

Great support from the Cheddar team. I had an issue with a transaction that wasn’t usually eligible for a refund, but they took the time to investigate and managed to resolve it. A positive experience overall and good to see a team willing to go the extra mile for their users.

Quick purchasing, gift cards are valid right after the purchase. There was an issue with a brand and I didn't need the gift card anymore so I've got refund from Cheddar in two or three business days. Immediate redeem of cashback

This is hands down the best app for getting cashback for me, I’ve saved hundreds over the past year and I like that I can also track my spending too. It is really easy to contact customer service and they are always really friendly and resolve any queries I have quickly. I have never had any issues redeeming gift cards and it is really easy to link your bank and buy a gift card/voucher to use in stores and online. I have also found the top up feature with Tesco handy when I do my weekly top up shops. Would highly recommend :)

The process of getting giftcards is very simple and I've easily incorporated into my supermarket shopping system (use scan as you go as then you know exactly how much gift card to buy). The gift card buying process is very quick so you can just wait till the self checkout if you wanted. The cashback is instant into your Cheddar account and then it's a few quick taps and then it's in your bank account. I have truly saved a lot of money using this service.

New user to Cheddar but so far I have been impressed. Simple enough to use and the instant cashback is great, and much better than cashback sites like TopCashback which takes a while to confirm the cashback amount. Speedy customer service as well - I had a query about a New Look gift card following return of an order and this was dealt with promptly. 5/5

So far I have been very impressed with Cheddar, been saving money into the pot, not yet reached the target to receive the cash back, response to a message was swift, keep up the good work!

Very easy to use app and when I had a small glitch with an M&S gift card the team were very helpful and were able to screenshot the voucher code from their end for me to use .

Excellent app and support to help resolve any issues

Been using for a few weeks now. So easy to use and a good range of shops. Vouchers usually arrive quite quickly and I like being able to gain boosters so I can increase the amount of cashback I earn. Cashing out is very easy once you've saved £5. Have told lots of people about it.
Also customer service is excellent if you ever need to contact them!

Best app to get a cash back. I just wish it would have been easier. I could pay with the card already linked to the app and still get the cash back and not have to go through the process of buying a gift card every time.

The site is great, it’s basically free money when using it often. Search for everything on there and 9/10 it’s there. Got my wife using it which is great as she does far more shopping than me! I’d just like to add to my point on how great the customer service is from Mustafa who recently helped me refund a gift card that is non refundable. He has stuck with me for a long time and managed to help. Thankyou so much for the outstanding customer service!

Great app for earning some money back and good customer service, recommend!

Great app, really easy to use and most big brands are on there. Really appreciated Mustafa’s support in getting a refund for me on a card that I couldn’t use.

I picked up a carry out order,
The steak was dripping blood. I ordered medium well.
I unfortunately cannot eat something that bloody.
I order at least once a week and never had any issues in the past. I was going to upload a picture but see where I could.
