Lovely Mr Always fishing mug, my son loves it

Worst customer services i have ever received. I had this sent to my old address by accident and so i went to collect it but nothing had arrived !!
Contacted the company and they said my item was delivery at 1.30 on Saturday, i explained that it hadn't been delivered.
They then said its down to me to chase Royal Mail, even though i paid them to send it 24 tracked. I will defiantly not shop with the company if you are thinking of doing so as once they have your money, they are not bothered about anything further ! Absolute Frauds

I ordered a couple of items from this company in late December and still the items have not arrived after waiting over a month. After reading the other reviews I wish I had never dealt with this company and I do recommend that people stay clear.

Absolutely useless company with no regard to customer service. My parcel was sent to the wrong address which was my mistake but I emailed them straight away before it shipped to change to the shipping address but they ignored my email to 3 different email addresses. They sent my parcel to the wrong address anyway, it got lost in the post and turned up at the wrong address two weeks later completely battered! Still no response from this useless company. I would advise anyone to avoid at all costs and spend your money with a company that actually cares!!

After leaving a review I recieved an aggresive message from the company, basically calling me a liar , I showed evidence of all my correspondence to them, snd YET again they have blanked me, no apology or refund , absolutely disgusting service

Brilliant company. All of my items arrived early, and are excellent value for money. I'm definitely shopping here again.

This customer received his goods. ( lies never received ) , we have tracked confirmation, ( they tracked it but no confirmation of it actually arriving, strange that ) then filed a dispute saying they where not as described ( that’s absolutely a massive lie, I reported it to my credit card company, but it was for not delivery of goods) and in turn got his money back and kept the goods. ( that’s libellous, if I had the energy I would sue the company) As a small company we were nearly £100 down via the theft of this man, ( again libellous, no idea how it is £100, when I believe my order was about £30 ) we have all details and statements to prove this. ( great feel free to send me this).

Please note the dates of my reviews and the date of their responses. I also believe am not the only person to have experienced a shabby service.

So to recap this was a rip off experience for me. I never received my goods and just cos they had a “tracking number” ( I use this term loosely as it was just a random set of digits ) there was no proof of delivery. Coupled with the fact their customer service is dreadful.

Absolute rubbish. I ordered 10th December and the site advised that it would be shipped same day. It's now 29th December and still not arrived. I didn't realise it was coming from Australia by foot. Have sent at least 4 emails and only received 1 back from JOANNE asking for my invoice of what I have sent twice now and SHE hasn't even bothered to reply or advise if my order has even been sent.
Rude, Rude, Rude ignorant non existent customer service.
I have ordered from cheeky chops before with no problems but this is a disgrace.
If they hadn't sent then an email would suffice but to get nothing is infuriating.

Taking people's money but goods not arriving is not acceptable.

I want my money back

My recent order wasn't as good as I expected. I emailed CS and they responded really fast. They said they would replace the item or fully refund. I chose a refund. It was refunded no hassle whatsoever. I've had candles and cards from here before and they are brilliant, fast delivery and free postage over a certain amount. I would definitely order from this company again, the merchandise is great .

Paid nearly £12 for a hand written card and international postage. Had to pay customs charges on it because of the type of postage used so another 5€ and a week delay. If it'd have just been sent normal post it'd have got here faster and without the customs charges. When it finally arrived it hadn't been written in.

When I asked for a refund they sent an email with what looked like a credit note attached, but no actually refund was ever sent. I chased numerous times but they stopped answering emails. Ended up raising a dispute through Paypal, they didn't reply to Paypal either, but got my money back at least. POOR SERVICE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Fab used them loads great customer service I love the free delivery on cards in the uk will continue to use keep up the good work

Outrageous postage costs. £9.50 for two cards that would go in a large letter.

I ordered from cheeky chops on 22/11/20 and i still havent received my order. I emailed in december and got no reply. I emailed again in January and received a screen shot of my order in reply. I explained that i still havent received the order and didnt have notification it had been dispatched as was promised in initial order email. I received no tracking details either and now i am not getting any response to my emails. Very shockingly poor customer service

Paid £7.45 for next day delivery and did not receive the items ordered for 3 DAYS. When I asked for the difference between the normal postage and the next day delivery postage to be refunded they refused. Very poor customer service and breach of the Trade Descriptions Act. Do not offer next day delivery if you are not going to provide it.
And I paid £7.45 and NOT £4.95 and can prove this on the invoice that I have. If I had paid only £4.95 it would not be so bad.

Unfortunately, i ordered 2 of these masks because the sayings were cool. But they took nearly 3 months to arrive and THEY DID NOT FIT...😞 SO DISAPPOINTED. JUST FOR THE RECORD PEOPLE....ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL!🇨🇦
