Cheeky Panda are so ineffective, & relaxed. I & my mum, have a 2 day delivery, every 2 months from Cheeky Panda. So far each one has taken 2 to 3 weeks. Evri their delivery company can’t deliver to our address, & return each parcel back to Cheeky Panda.
But they keep sending it out, for delivery, over, & over again. They keep replying perfectly courteously, to mums complaints, without actually helping.
Turns out finally, the fault is an incomplete address label, missing our surname, & a house number.
Mums written to Cheeky panda & to Evri, each, about 20 times.
Cheeky panda say they have given the correct address to Evri. Evri does not have the correct address, & cannot change it themselves. It’s policy. Despite me begging, & eventually writing to directors.
Evri doesn’t communicate, with Cheeky panda- they both, spend a lot of time, only communicating with me, or mum.
I am not allowed to change the address, or add directions in, & neither is Evri. Despite the address being incomplete.
It’s going round & round in circles.
There is a third delivery planned. We shall see if it’s the end for us.
I wonder what will happen??
If Evri, again, try repeatedly to deliver to the same non existent address, (& which they know doesn’t exist,) & then send it back to Cheeky Panda, each time, which is then repeated, up to 3 times each order, I shall go mad. Anyway both Cheeky Panda & Evri will loose business.
But to be quite frank I would love to not have them not in my life anymore.
Good toilet paper. But in the end not worth the time it’s taken.
(Honestly - it’s a small clerical error. It’s madness.
Evri, don’t read anything I write, they ask me to ask Cheeky Panda, to correct the address. The poor couriers - have no further directions- I’ve asked them, despite us adding them in every email to both firms. )

Fantastic products, great service. The toilet paper is lovely and soft.

Great loo roll, made from bamboo which is sustainable.

I hate the individually wrapped loo rolls, such a waste of resources, so this was a big plus for Cheeky Panda.

The mark of a good company is not when things go right, it's how they deal with things going wrong.

In my case my first order was dispatched, Evri had it and then everything stopped. Evri weren't updating the location and it looked like it was missing.

I contacted Cheeky Panda and they couldn't have been better. Immediately sent out a replacement which arrived in a couple of days. No quibble. No hassle.

Excellent company and great loo roll.
