Pretty sure this company is a scam. Order never received, customer service just keeps.saying it will be delivered within 10 days. Tracking app says it is here, but there is no information as to where and the delivery company also cannot be contacted.

Still waiting for my delivery/ weeks after I placed my order 😞

The log splitting conical shaped tool I bought is only good for drilling a conical shape in my garden flower bed to plant daisys! Unlike their video which must be using balsa wood rather than real logs it drills itself 4 cms into a log ,sticks fast then has to removed with mole grips as reverse on the drill will spin and likely break your wrist if not burn your motor out! £12 down the drain plus 6 postage. Cancelled my card for good safety measure as advised on other reviews

Company refuses to accept return of product with a full refund. Poor customer service. Absolutely do not order anything from this poorly run company.

I ordered the earwax remover with Bluetooth camera, tracking said it was delivered but never arrived, couldn't get in touch with customer service at all,never got delivery or picture confirmation either. Total waste of time and money!

Bloody scam paid nothing came learn by you mistakes

Paid....nothing. Another bloody scam. Have blocked them. Serves me right for not reading the reviews 🤬Maybe all the scamming that goes on will encourage people to stop buying on line and support local businesses instead.

I purchased some of the plastic covers to use in place of gladwrap. What a load of rubbish they are small anything larger the a bread and butter plate they rip. So much for using them and saving the planet from plastic.....dont waste your money. Big disappointment 😞

This site is a fraud I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. This scam is consistent with all other rating on the site I guess instagram needs to block it from advertising on its platforms

Avoid at all costs. Yet another Chinese scam.
Don’t expect your goods anytime soon and emails are completely ignored.
Nothing less than common thieves.
Take nothing to do with them.

The item that they advertised was not what i received.

I therefore asked for a full refund but because it would be needed to sent back to China they said that it would cost too much. They offered a partial refund and for me to regift the horrendous item to a friend!!

Still haven't received my money back. Steer well clear!

I brought 2 boxes as daft Christmas presents for my adult kids to open at the table on Christmas Day. When my son opened his box it was completely empty. Something meant to be funny and lighthearted was spoiled. I contacted the company who after a couple of emails offered a replacement. I refused as this was totally pointless as I have no use for another box. I asked for a refund. I was offered £6 instead of the full £10 which though was not happy about I grudgingly accepted. As if today I’m still awaiting the refund.

Ordered card game for Christmas still not arrived it’s been well over 4-5 weeks

Don’t use this company. The product has not arrived after 23 days. I have requested a refund but they don’t want to pay stating that the product is still in transit, with the last update on the 13th December. I would suggest people purchasing elsewhere

It’s a scam company - avoid at all costs. Thier website is full of products that look amazing but the reality is completely different when/if they arrive.

Customer support will fob you off if you complain.

As everyone else has said they are a complete scam. Wish I'd bothered to read reviews before hand. I didn't think I had to since it was just a card. Avoid.

Brought some expensive Christmas cards which were supposed to spread glitter once the envelope was opened, etc but they were nothing like the video or description and just some cheap rubbish dispatched from China. Customer support just lied and fobbed me off so no refund either. Avoid at all costs.

This company is an outright scam. Do not buy anything from them under any circumstances. They deliberately mislead customers and sell substandard, worthless products while taking people’s money. Their advertising is deceptive, their practices are unethical, and they should be banned from operating and advertising altogether. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to stay well away.

I stupidly got lured in by a false advertisement on instagram. Spent £27 on two prank cards which came 2 weeks later (from china) and weren’t as described at all. I don’t hold much hope I’ll get a refund after reading other reviews.
