I have just received my 2 in one oil dispenser and was pleasantly surprised that it pretty good given some of the reviews I have seen and I was worried to the extent that I tried to cancel the order But Chef solutions via Samantha kept me informed and reassured me so both the product and customer service in my experience is very good and I would use again

I ordered the dispenser with the buy 2 for the price of 1. Took forever to get the order. I only received one dispenser and it was defective. I have tried to contact them several times but have not received any response. Would not recommend this product or company.

Not only was the oil sprayer defective. The ONE time they responded to my email was to get me to send them a video of what was wrong. Then never heard from them again. This is not just bad service. I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

Same set on temu for less than half what you charge buying from temu to resell is a scam

I am very disappointed with the service I have received.

The delivery was estimated at 10 days, but I waited nearly a month for my order to arrive. When it finally did, I only received one diffuser, despite purchasing a 2-for-1 promotion and selecting two different colours.

Customer service has been extremely frustrating to deal with. Responses take several days and appear to be automated, with no real effort to address my concerns. I am being told I only ordered one item, which is incorrect, and despite the promotion still being advertised, the company refuses to honour it.

Even if they will not honour the deal, I have requested a refund. However, they are making this process very difficult to access, with ongoing delays and standardised, unhelpful replies.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this company due to their poor service and lack of accountability.

Never received my order. Ordered on Dec 20, 2026 and it is now March 11, 2026. Website said they shipped via UPS but the actual shipper was some second rate company I never heard of and they refused to deliver to my address. All attempts to contact the company to resend and at this point refund my money has been unsuccessful.

Ordered 2 oil sprayers on 21st December. Tracking showed parcel was with Evri but it's been stuck in transit since 8th January. Company initially responded to emails, but not replying now and I've received no order or refund.

I ordered Oil sprayer and base tray on a 2 for 1 deal. Delivery took way too long and what arrived was a partial order only of inferior quality. Tried a number of times to email on their support line but never received any response.
Honestly I wouldn’t give these people 1 star!
They purport to be an Australian Company supplying vastly inferior Chinese products with no support available to their customers.
100% a scam, don’t spend your hard earned money lining their pockets!

Terrible! Terrible! Dishonest company !!! They’ll force you into a subscription. There’s no option when you buy their products to choose subscription or not. You think you’re buying something once but no and when you reach out to them they tell you they can’t cancel it!!!! Thieves at best.

Brought 2 of the oil pourer/sprayers - found that they are exactly the same that are being sold on Temu for minimal money compared to what I brought. Exactly the same product, box they come in etc. Also one of them the filter is not there.

Spoke to Customer Services and they don't care haven't even answered, when I proved that they are selling the exact same product.

Would not recommend to deal with this company at all.

Unreal service, fast delivery & the oil dispenser works fantastically.

Paid for 2 lots of cloths...never arrived.

Purchased a group of ‘food savers’ in November 25. Delivered over a month later with no notification of a tracking number after following up twice. 1 food saver was faulty so as a result, I reached out to customer service twice in December with no reply. Followed up again throughout January and received delayed and disinterested replies. Finally had another good saver posted which I had to follow up a tracking number twice again and no reply with the number. Item just anonymously turned up.
Never again will I buy from this company. Cheap quality products and the customer service is an absolute disgrace. They shouldn’t even be operating as a business.

I would not give this company a 1 star review if there was a choice. I now realise from all the other reviews that this company is fraudulently trading as an Australian company but the goods and customer service support is all provided by china. I ordered the 2 for 1 oil sprayer before Christmas as presents. They did not arrive on time and still hadn’t arrived well into the new year. I requested a refund and ask them to cancel the order. They then told me they had tried to deliver and because wasn’t home it had been returned overseas to the supplier. This apparently means I am not entitled to a refund !!!! Absolute scam !!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The oil spray items were fine but one was smashed when it arrived. While this can happen, I have tried to contact three times without success as yet.

Non delivery of products. Dont even believe they were ever sent. Have contacted customer services but no reply.

Scam company, do not order from them. Order placed, was told it was dispatched, never received it weeks after. Tried customer service portal several times but no reply

I bought the Chef Solutions BBG Grill Brush and Stainless Steel Grill Gage.
On arrival both looked like knocks off better similar products. Look cheap and the BBQ brush broke on first use.
The brush did work ok but wont last and I could not recommend. Look for a better quality product

Bought the glass oil spray bottles and when they stopped working in under a year, customer support said ‘too bad’

$108 AUD and they just delivered a $2 product. These BBQ cleaners are a rip off. They shouldn't be operating.
KEEP AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
They call themselves Chef Solutions and claim to be 100 percent Australian.

I will put a photo up on my Farcebook page and every group that I am in.
