Perfect for left and right handed husband and wife
Purchased a Finaltouch X10 because I am left handed. It works well for both me (leftie) and my wife (rightie). Readings are quick and accurate for when we are cooking meat.

I have the ChefsTemp X10 Final Touch…
I have the ChefsTemp X10 Final Touch Instant read thermometer. I was a Pofessional Chef for over 30 years and I can say this is the most accurate, easy to use instant read thermometer I have ever had the pleasure to use. It is accurate, easy to calibrate, easy to read, and reads accurate temperature within 2 seconds. I would recommend this thermometer to anyone who cooks. Best thermometer ever!!!

Chef temp unit
This is not only a nice looking unit but it feels better than my last pen that was way more expensive. This one also has the hold button that I didn't think was useful but it is and if you are at an unfavorable angle getting a temp you can save a hot hand by using the hold button and getting out of there. I am impressed with how it functions and having it open and it turns on. I like it!
