Management, especially under Geoff Staff, fostered a negative and demoralizing environment. Instead of providing guidance or strategy, he relied on threats and pressure, often criticizing rather than coaching. Itâs clear that leadership is disorganized â even basic processes like order entry or follow-up are handled poorly.
If youâre looking for a company that values its people, invests in proper tools, or offers clear direction, Chefâs Toys is not it. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
