CPH were recommended by a neighbour and I am very pleased with their work from start to finish. I was recommended to have a new gas boiler by another company, but chose CPH for their attention to detail, price and not trying to sell me something I didn't need.
Their fitters were courteous, very tidy, quickly able to adapt necessary pipework and generally all round efficient workmen.

in short the performance of Chelmsford Plumbing and Heating in relation to five or six commissions was professional in the extreme throughout. we were subject to several assessment visits from Martyn over a period of some months all of which were conducted with polite and helpful efficiency. Quotations were then given very promptly and the work was carried out exactly when promised with buffers of time set aside to allow for possible over running.

In the course of the work for which we had asked practical recommendations were made for improvements which were very much appreciated. The engineers themselves were prompt, efficient and pleasant to deal with and on one or two occasions where unforeseen issues arose, the Firm were with us within hours to sort them out.

Our experience was very impressive and we would recommend them as honest and effective.

I cannot recommend Chelmsford Heating and Plumbing highly enough. From the visit for the quote to the completion of the installation I cannot find a fault. The installers were very professional. We had a new Bosch boiler installed a few months ago and I am happy to report it has been working perfectly since.
From the initial request to supply a quote CPH have always been quick to reply and keep us in touch with progress about the order. It was a competitive price and the waiting time was one of the shortest too.
The installation was carried out in just a couple of days, which included a full system clean. The two engineers were tidy, efficient and friendly.

We have been using Chelmsford Plumbing and Heating to service our boiler every year for 15 years. We recently decided to have a new boiler installed. The customer service was excellent on booking, the engineer came round and explained the different options and the quote was accurate and reasonable. The work was completed quickly and the engineer cleaned up after himself. Excellent service as always and highly recommended.

We want to thank Chelmsford Plumbing & Heating for their prompt, professional help throughout our heating problems during the awful cold weather we have been having. We initially had Rich to service our boiler which had been playing up with the snow. He was very helpful and informative, advising us that our old boiler should be replaced fairly soon and we made a date some way off to do exactly that, thinking there would be no hurry. In fact we were in big trouble a week or so before that date and asked Martyn if we could bring the new boiler forward. He spent 2 days moving heaven and earth to try and get his clients switched around, keeping in constant contact for which we were very grateful. In the end he sent out a trouble shooter, Russell, who squeezed us into his itinerary and did a fantastic job, getting things going temporarily so we could keep warm and put the spare kettle away!! On the day we were booked Rhys did a great job, very professional and clean and tidy throughout, working non stop. He arrived both days on time and once again was very, very helpful, informative and patient with 2 oldies in their 70s. Thank you Martyn and all your crew!
