After leaving a company I’d been with for 10 years, I felt completely confused and lost. I knew I needed to do some serious soul-searching and make a change, but I had no idea how to take the first step. When I found this program, I was honestly nervous about the investment, but I’m so glad I trusted my gut and signed up.

One of the biggest gifts of the program was the community. I am 100% happier and exactly where I should have been years ago. My only regret is that I didn't seek this help sooner. You will have to put in the effort, but the skills you learn will stay with you forever. If you’re concerned about the cost, don’t be. I took a big leap of faith and used an interest-free credit card, and I am beyond thankful that I did. They have payment plans available, as well.

Last April, I found myself unexpectedly out of work. I did not have the tools to approach the current job market. My confidence was at an all time low. The program requires a lot of work but it's an excellent framework, especially if you're starting with little to no experience with personal branding, job search, networking and interviewing, Coach Allison was right there with me through every stage, giving guidance, gentle redirection, and celebrating even the smallest wins. The community was also extremely healing for me. The job search process can be brutal and it's so helpful to lean on others going through similar challenges.
My experience in the program has a happy ending - I recently signed an offer with a dream company. I was also able to channel my creative energy into a side hustle that I plan to continue when I start my new job. I would have never had the confidence to do something like that without my cheerleaders at R+H boosting me up.
If you find yourself stuck in a job you hate or find yourself out of work and don't know where to begin - I cannot recommend Rich & Hired enough.

Working with Allison at RHA over the last 5 months has been such a rewarding experience! The program and sessions are thoughtful and well laid out, but the real reward and takeaways for me was working with the same coach throughout my time at RHA. My biggest shift has been how I approach challenges and decision-making. I'm more intentional, patient, and clearer about priorities. I make decisions with more confidence and clarity. This program quite literally changed my life. I had been listening to Chelsea's podcast months before I was laid off and had been really moved by what she talked about. I found so many things she highlighted resonate with me, making me think so thoughtfully about what was important in my life and career. Fast forward 6 months and I found myself effected by my first ever layoff in my career. I was terrified of what the unknown meant and had never been unemployed for more than a couple weeks. I took a chance and invested. A big investment into the program and coaching, telling myself, I could not fail and that everything I had listened to in those podcasts had already made my mindset change for the better. And not only did it pay off TENFOLD, but I ended up starting my own business, signing clients within the first 2-3 months of being in the program. Not only that but opportunity after opportunity led me towards the company I'm at now and I am so thankful for everything I learned in this program.
