I bought a pair of Demonia shoes from this company. I would say that they are probably up to a half size bigger than advertised. They are definitely generously sized. But I think better roomy than tight

Excellent service!! Reasonable shipping cost and good prices ! If you need faster delivery you can ask the customer service for alternative courier service. I have ordered 13 pairs the last few years and am 100% satisfied.

This was far from my first time ordering from the UK to Sweden and it usually takes 2-4 Days after payment for the package to arrive its great. So i placed an order, paid directly and waited for it to arrive. After a week i started to wonder where it was and 8!! days after i paid they proudly sent me a mail that had today left my order to the post office. The item i orderd was listed as in stock on their site otherwise i could have understood. Then the shipping time aswell took far longer than usual close to 2 weeks additionally. I will stay far away from this company from now on. I could have been more understanding had they contacted me if they had an issue but i had to ask them where my items where.

brought shoes through this website but had to be returned, contacted company by email within the time frame stated for the returns authorisation number as per their policy no answer, repeatedly tried to contact via email and phone, phone line never connects to a person you can only leave a message, left with goods that to be honest arent the greatest quality for the price and are not wanted, and out of pocket, now having to pursue chargeback claims which is a real pain DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!!

they had some delay for delivering, but they call me to warn me and ask me if I could wait (I agree)
But as one f the shoes did not fit , I ask a rerun number and they never send it even after 3 request.

And now they answer 5 years later, what a joke

Good prices, fantastic service and they take real good care of you if (as it was in my case) something goes wrong.

Two purchases in and I can safely say I would give this company a 5 star rating. The customer service is second to none! Any problems they call you, they always ring back and are quite friendly rather than the robotic monotones of other companies.
The deliveries are speedy and well packed.
The prices are the best I can find anywhere in the UK.
Do not go anywhere else as these are the best!

Consistent and quality customer service throughout my first order, brought Electra 2045, excellent description of size as I am in-between sizes. Received and correct as described., will be coming back.

Throughout the transaction I was kept informed and updated on the progress of my purchase and got speedy delivery on my product. The staff were pleasant and seemed to understand the importance of good customer service. Hard to find in this country now I feel.
