I had an excellent experience using Cherry for financing. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and straightforward. The application took just a few minutes, and I received a decision almost immediately. I really appreciated how transparent everything was — the payment options were clearly explained, and there were no hidden surprises.

They said I owe them money for something I have no idea what it's about. No credit report is going down because of these people ripping people off.
Now I going hire a lawyer to get them from harassing me.
I told my bank I don't know this bullshit rip off company is and yet this company is getting away with ripping people off.
I reported them to the BBB.
I checked my credit report to see what it was now it went from 48 dollars to 150.
That's okay karma will catch up to these rip offs when I go to court they will have to pay me triple the amount when I take these low life's to court.

This is a very dishonest company. Do not trust them. Applied for large dental work loan promised 0% for 2 draws. 2nd draw came 3 weeks later now they want 5%. Not what was promised. Check all the BBB reviews they are constantly complained about. All they kept saying is sorry for"my misunderstanding" That was spoken to 2 people over the speaker phone. I will be letting me dentist any many others as well. This was bait and switch.

I used it for my cosmetic procedure and had no troubles with getting and all the questions were up front. Nothing unusual or suspicious at all. I was applying at the office with their tablet.However the downpayment that it was supposed to be part of the payment, was not. So instead of 6 months payments I was charged 7. I do agree that to contact the company is virtually impossible without having ton of patience and time.

Freeze your account for no reason and steals your money. BEWARE SCAMMERS!

The process to get financing through Cherry was quick and easy. The issues arise after you already have the financing. When I asked if there was an alternate way to access my account (for instance, logging in via email info) I was told the only way is to use your phone number. Which is NOT what I was told previously. I moved out of the country and now there is no way for me to access the account to pay it off.

So, I am forced to make these minimum payments that will end up costing me almost DOUBLE the amount I was originally financed for. It's 2025 and you are seriously telling me there is no alternate way to access accounts?

so freaking stupid.. everything doesn't make sense. Process, etc. Use your braincells on how to make your company better

Using this company was a horrible decision on my part. I wish I could take the decision back. Under duress, I got a loan, then realized after signing up, I am paying $ for $ double what I would have payed if I would have just put it directly on my credit card. $890. turned into $1780. It sickens me. Total regret!!!!!

Trash company I would not recommend, high chance of denial and even if you have available credit you won't be able to use it

Went to cancel automatic payment online- says unable to online, call support. Called support said can do online or via email. Emailed and got a return email that states “message rejected”

Totally inappropriate to not have an option to turn off auto pay- as I have already made a payment this month

RUN!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY. Signed up for interest free,,nope they were trying to charge me 18% interest. so paid it off immediately...there is NO CONTACT PERSON TO CALL.
I have been trying to close my account to no avail...seems like a huge scam. knew I should have stuck with carecredit instead of cherry...buyer beware..DO NOT USE

If you want a mark on your credit report , without notification ,and you paid off the account asked them to remove it in good faith work with these people

I should’ve looked at reviews before transferring my crypto here bug mistake not only did I lose all my money because I have to verify identity for a steam gift card!? So I try to verify it has been a week and there is no response like this must be one of the biggest scams I’ve seen

well, I saw they accept Bitcoin as a payment method. I had some to spend. I tried them to buy their CC because as they showed I can buy steam gift cards from them. After depositing received CC. No scam there you can pay and received CC what you pay for. Then the miracle happens. They freeze you account and tell you to verify through their trashy message system called Cherry Messenger. Ok, then I send all details that they asked. Then I had to wait for 96 working hours to get a reply. No wonder no one is using that trashy website, so no workers I guess, Also I guess that was the owner since he doesn't have money to pay workers. Then that guy told me to send a video am with my ID or passport. WTH?? Why should I do that? I mean why the he!! I need to pay and then verify me to buy just a steam gift card? The video that they ask is really suspicious. XD I demand a refund since you failed in your service. Why don't you start begging? You can earn pretty much other than this web site scamming!!
