Staff treats tourists very poorly

Terrible service, terrible people working there, never felt more unsafe while talking a coffee in my life. Not recommended

Terrible establishment staff are so rude and the food was disgusting

Attended recently and a rather 'large' blonde lady became very abusive towards me for wearing an England shirt. Bald man with tattoos spat at my feet (Not a lot and bit on them but just in front as if he was disgusting by me). I've never met them before in my life and they have no idea what my political views are. Very hostile to white, English people.

The bar staff aggressive and discriminates guests.

Given 1 star because you can't give it any less if I could I would the place is filth the coffee looked like old dish water and the staff need sacked lazy slow and attitude problems

Wife and I visited this place and we witnessed a stand off between a blonde female server and a British lad whom she refused to serve based on the fact that he was pro British. We are immigrants from South Africa and found it extremely worrying that you get white British people being discriminated against based on their political views. This place is RACIST and I will never return to this place.

I felt extremely unwelcome from the start. The staff discriminated against me, and when I finally got my food, there were multiple hairs in it.

Discrimination and disrespectful behavior

Made my partner ill after visiting because the hygiene was non existent. I ordered a drink for me and my partner and pointed out how the glass was actually really dirty, and rather than apologise and correct the issue the blonde bar lady was actually extremely rude and condescending as if it was my fault and she seems angry and reluctant to have to rectify the issue and do her job. After spending some time at the place afterwards I realised the standard for hygiene was just very low overall with dirty tables, a sticky and uncleaned floor and a truly disturbing bathroom. Overall a really disgusting place.

Terrible staff that won’t serve customers because of one’s political stance. Vile behavior.

They refused to serve someone with coffee for filming a protest that they disagreed with, when he asked them why, they said that they disagreed with his political belief, even though he said he was not taking part in the protest, only filming it.Blinkered with prejudice against freedom of expression or what.

Awful service me and my partener came in on friday and left afrer the welcome we got all because i have a tattoo of jesus on my hand , will not be returning!!!!

Staff were amazing, friendly informed happy to help. The venue was fun and unique and it was a perfect place to chat and grab a bite to eat would visit again in a heart beat

Racist vile cafe. Incredible rude blonde women serving and being aggressive towards staff. Best to avoid like the plague
