I wouldn't even give them one star. Nothing like the photos as well as shocking quality and waited well over 5 weeks! Very disappointed. Will be asking for a refund!

I ordered a jacket blouse
I ordered a jacket blouse. Everything went legally. With taxes etc the cost went from $25 to $58. Ok lesson learned. Product arrived. Quality was poor..... thin Polyester silky material that resembled/felt like droopy pajamas top. The ad photo had a gauzy look, and had form. this was so cheap and not worth even $25. It may have fraudulent advertising as per quality of goods, but not otherwise in my experience. I still wont buy from them again.

It took forever to receive the items
It took forever to receive the items from Cherypop. 2 or 3 of the items fit, the rest of the items were kids sizes, even though they were suppose to be extra large. I tried to exchange them by sending an e-mail 3 times I got no response. I like their clothes but customer service is poor.

Got the item quicker than expected. Lovely material, true to size and colours also true to website. Will buy from them again.

CHEAP RUBBISH STICK WITH SHEIN
Not only was the item off clothing made of the cheapest material go up four sizes from what you normally wear as it is not forgiving in the amount of material you get certainly not worth the money but they will compensate you if you keep it which is an insulting figure of 15% because they know to send it back is way more than the item is worth DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR SHOP WITH SHEIN

My first order was wrong after contacting cherypop to resolve the issue they did an excellent job of keeping me informed and sent new items for me which are of excellent quality and also said I could keep originals as a thank you
