Kieron and the team moved us during Storm Eunice and what a brilliantly professional and customer focussed team they are. From the initial interaction of providing a really clear quote and explanation of what they did, to the move itself including a hot tub in really difficult circumstances everything was handled really well. What impressed us the most though was not only did they do everything to please us, they treated each other with so much respect and worked as a great team, superbly led by Kieran. We would therefore highly recommend the use of Cheshire Houses Moves.

Booked CHM for a removal. Really great service. Kept fully informed all along. The guys turned-up promptly and the move was done really well. No damage Incurred to any belongings. The lads were really friendly and happy to help with anything needed. Would highly recommend and happily use again.

Kieran and his team were truly amazing throughout, they were polite, respectful and completely professional. They even came the afternoon before the move to pack as much as possible which was really helpful. They were on time at both our old house and moved us into our new home on time after 2.5hr drive! Cheshire house moves were amazing. They provided great customer service in every aspect. They treated our furniture with respect and were able to move furniture into the most complicated of spaces. They worked until very late and at pace. I fully recommend.

Incredible service from Kieran, Ryan and Paul. They were efficient, professional and incredibly friendly. They treated our possessions with the upmost respect, assembled and dissembled our furniture well, and didn’t leave a mark anywhere. We were absolutely thrilled not a single thing I’d change. 100% would recommend.

Kieran was so friendly, helpful and responsive and accommodated our changing move date with no issue. Due to personal circumstances, on the move my husband and I were no where near as prepared as we planned to be. Kieran and his colleague were flexible and helped us so much by taking a lot more belongings than initially planned for. We could not have done it without them! Our possessions were really well cared for and we loved the room to room service so all our furniture was in the correct room in our new house. I cannot thank Cheshire House Moves enough. I can't recommend Cheshire House Moves enough. From the initial quote Kieran was attentive and his communication spot on.

One the day of the move the team took all the stress from the move. They carefully dismantled, protected, packed and unpacked all our belongings with great efficiency. The team were also considerate and respectful of all items, clearing the loft and garden items with care.

All in, it was a full day's work, including reassembling our furniture and double checking we were happy with every stage of the move.

Needless to say we were more than happy, and for the quality of their work, service and value for money, I honestly don't think Cheshire House Moves can be beaten! Fully recommended

Thank you to Cheshire house moves for working so hard on our recent move. Kieran and Steven are really pleasant young men and couldn't do enough for us on the day despite being be a long day.8am to 6.30pm.and despite being a man down they never complained,even when they were held up by slow transactions down the chain. Can't speak highly enough of our experience. We were still filling in the search for a removal in the early morning when Kieran rang. His quote was significantly lower than the others we later received, but more importantly, he was friendly, courteous and proifessional - nothing of the hard-sell, used car salesperson about him! The van arrived as promised, with the friendliest crew who remained cheerrful and polite despite ending up taking 6 wardrobes down 10 flights of stairs because they didn't fit in the lift! They treated us, our opossessions and house with respect and courtesy. A truly 5-star experience. Hire them!

Really great service, obviously moving is stressful but Kieran was very helpful and reassuring in the run up to the move and the guys were really efficient on the day. They did a great job.

Would highly recommend this company for house removals, they were a massive help in terms of moving my belongings out of my flat into storage and then from there into my new property. They were very careful with all of my furniture treating it with the upmost care and attention. Very professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again if I moved home
