This CHINESE company is the worst! I bought a product from them, which was advertised to be "plus size". I ordered a size 5X, which was advertised to be measured 118cm - 125cm. However, the product I received was faulty (important word for later). It was too small, measured as 46cm! Asian size! I sent them pictures as proof and requested a refund.

I've been trying to contact the company about it, but their communication efforts are little to none. I told them that I wanted to return the product, which they accepted. I was given the option to either receive 50% of my refund and keep the product, or return the product to receive a full refund. I chose the latter.

I was given the return address, which thus ultimately started the 14-day window to return the item. However, I asked them if I needed to pay for the return shipping. Of course, they didn't respond until I emailed them again to respond. Took them over a WEEK to reply.

When they did respond, they said that I had to pay for the return shipping. However, their return policy says that the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping of the product, unless faulty.

Key words: UNLESS FAULTY.

They already knew that the product I received was faulty, and they still said that I had to pay for return shipping?! And because they've dragged their feet to respond to my emails, the return time window has virtually been wasted! It's unlikely that I'll ever get my refund now.

The utter manipulation from this company!

They've LIED to me whilst essentially holding my return request hostage by NOT communicating, in effort to force me to keep the product whilst they keep my money! That what it feels like to me, anyway.

Either way, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They're a scam and will pull any manipulative tactic for the sake of greed!

I bought "Chest Binder 2.0", and "Chest Binding Tape". I have not yet tried the tape, and have only tried the binder- So this review will only cover the binder.
The tracking on the package was not really working. It said it was from China, which is kinda weird.
The packaging contains a lot of plastic.
The binder was in a weird material, and the compression bit didn't cover the whole front of the binder, so when I put it on- it didn't do any compression at the top. The binder is also very short, it fits overall in size (I got 2XL), but not the lenght.
The outer packaging of the binder is only in Chinese. The inner packaging, that the binder is in, is not in chinese- but it has some weird descriptions: Women Corset Tops. Lesbain (I guess it should say Lesbian) Trans FTM Chest Binder With Bandage.
Why does it say Women, but then FTM? And also Lesbian?

Over to the binder and how it fits.
As I wrote earlier- the binder is too short, so I would have to pull it down all the time.
It does actually do some compression, more than a normal sports bra would do. But It doesn't really "hold them in place", it just creates a "mono-boob", if that makes sence. The compressive material doesn't cover the whole front pannel, so it doesn't do any compression on top- creating a bump.

So, in conclusion- The website is a scam. It says on the website that it's from Australia, but the products are made in China and ships from there too. The packaging is all in plastic, and there's alot of it. The binder isn't the best material and the compression isn't the best. The compressive material doesn't cover the whole area that it should.

I have not yet tried to return the items. So I don't know how the costumer service is like.

I apologize for any spelling mistakes. English is not my first language. And also, this is the first ever binder that I have bought, so I'm not 100% sure of how a binder should look like and fit on the body.

It’s a scam. I ordered a binder to have in rotation with my current post-op one. And it’s not even worth $5. It’s cheap polyester and looks nothing like it’s advertised as.

I received an overpriced drop shipped item. Save you money, and just buy the exact same binder without the third party involvement.
For the amount I payed, the binder should have been of a much better quality.
Also, the sizing info wasn’t the best.
This company seems legit at a first glance, but don’t fall for their scam!

Their return policy is a joke!!!
They post it from China, so it take few weeks to arrive , that is not an issue but as soon as i received it i knew it is not worth and i have to return! and after following up for two weeks the solution was that i have to pay for a shipping back to China which cost more than the binder itself.

Absolutely abysmal. Didn't receive my product for a full week after they'd promised (with zero updates, even when I was checking the tracking daily), was given THREE TRACKING NUMBERS, only the last of which worked, with no response when I confronted them about their website claiming it was "shipped" when the label had simply been created. Confusing all around, so I reached out to them. Confusing email after confusing email, they explain that since they've given me the run-around enough (my words, not theirs), they're unable to cancel. Okay, I get it, they apparently

But here's the thing. They didn't. The status said that not only had the product not been received as both the website AND this customer service rep said, it basically said the label had just been created. Plus, they don't have a cancelation policy, ANYWHERE. Not on their site, not in their confirmations, nothing. So I pointed out that they were dishonest with me regarding when exchanging emails, including clear screenshots of what their website said and what the tracking said. Asked again for it to be canceled and to get my money back, that I just wanted this to be over. I got no response...for two weeks. So of course, I assume the product isn't coming and I submit a chargeback to my bank, with the exact evidence I sent this customer service (which got no reply, again). My bank takes about a week, and they approve it and undo the charge. They seem to agree it's sketchy, or at least they seem to. I think that's the end of it. You'd think, right?

Lo and behold, I get an email asking "look look we shipped your product a week late, even with no answer on our end, pretty please undo the chargeback"--I'm paraphrasing. I do check the working number, and apparently it's in transit now...okay, whatever, I get it. But the fact that they're hounding me for the price of one product is pretty sketchy, and given their lack of response, you can't blame me for thinking it was fraud. Especially considering their previous reviews on other websites.

No cancellation policy on their website, and now they're hounding me for money because I actually had the guts to undo the charge. Well, if they get their money, it's the last dime they'll see out of me.

Also, I'm about 90% sure their emails were AI generated. Not translated from Mandarin or anything, just straight-up AI generated. Oh! Another thing. They claim to be an Australian company but they ship from a Chinese company...weird that they didn't just say that they do that. This whole thing reads fake to me.

Extremely offensive, don't know where they're getting any information from. A man doesn't wear lingerie (you know what I mean), or go around being called a lesbian, or let his friends call him a TOMBOY. How can you market yourself as being specifically for FtM Transmen and then turn around and be so completely ignorantly offensive. It is disgusting, their product is crap, if you even get it, and customer support is less useful than arguing a promotion with Temu.

SCAM do not buy from this website. Sizes are tiny, way off the size chart provided. I spent 100 euro and when I wanted to return and refund they stopped replying to my emails! Disgraceful. The reviews on the website are obviously all fake. Avoid at all costs.

my package has been in transit for 94 days. no reply from chest binder co. never again.

The sizes are much smaller. It took 3 weeks to arrive and they wouldn’t allow me return for a refund or full credit. They emailed me an offer for a $45 credit even though I no paid $90. The worst customer service. They never replied to my emails after asking them to give me a credit for the full amount.

This company is fake and they’re exploiting the trans community. Most customers never receive anything, and those that do are getting cheap drop-shipped crap that wouldn’t fit a child. Avoid at all costs.

Chinese brand tags, shipping label and tracking shows it... Please be aware because they are pretty good liars. By example : they told me because they have business in few countries all over the world it explains that's why it is ship from China sometimes...
To get a refund I have to send back my stuff to a Chinese address but worst I have to pay the tracking! Please report them to econsumer.gov

I ordered a binder for my daughter on 24th March 2023 when I received it it was to small for size they said would fit a large bust, I then emailed them back asking for a refund a guy called Parker said yes not a problem so I paid £11.00 to send the item back give them a week to see if they had received it Parker replied back saying it’s still in customs so I then emailed back another week later stating that my daughter is Autistic and spent her pocket money £44.00 and was waiting for your refund no reply from the email no money back into my account I recommend no body use this suppose company I’m trying to find away to get to report this so called company it’s big scam and if you want to write a review on there Instagram page you can’t Please DON’T USE THEM they are fake

My friend ordered a binder and it did NOT live up to the reputation AT ALL. when he first tried the binder on, it was emedietly off. It curled underneath the fabric, which made it very uncomfortable to wear. And the fabric was more like a sports bra than a binder. It made the breasts almost "puff" up, so it just made it look like the chest was even bigger than it already was. The fabric was terrible quality, and it wasn't anything like a chest binder, and did not do it's purpose at all. If anything, it did the exact opposite. And as if the terrible quality wasn't bad enough, when he returned it, he never got a reply back from them, nor his money. So overall; just extremely bad. Do not buy your binders from here!
