Great shop great clothes
Ladies friendly and helpful all the time
Definitely recommend shopping here

Great purchase really pleased 😀 thank you

My mum hates shopping with zero confidence at all. I took her to this shop a few weeks back and she loved it. Today she went in on her own to have so much help and support from two wonderful women. Full of compliments they were especially the lady with the shorter hair (I don’t know they’re names unfortunately) before she’d gone into Chester boutique she had a melt down struggling with shops/crowds/finding something etc. so overwhelmed she was but she’s just phoned me super happy and excited because she’s found a dress and spent a further £220..this is not like my mum 🥰
5* is well deserved for Dawn and her team, Thank you so much for making my mum feel so comfortable and welcome. You’re all remarkable and a credit to Dawn. Love to Dawn as always, You’re doing a cracking job Wonder Woman.

called in over Easter weekend. I hate buying clothes but needed stuff for a holiday. omg they were genuinely helpful and honest. tried loads of things on and went out of my comfort zone. amazing ladies

Dawn always knows what suits me best and will often put it aside for me! Now thats confidence….and great customer service!! Definitely the first place I go when I need a new outfit!! I always receive loads of compliments when I sport something new from the Chester Boutique Tbank you too for always making shopping with you such a fun experience! :) love Marie-Claire Carlyle

My first time of purchasing with this lovely boutique, quality of the eye tee shirt is amazing, very quick delivery and excellent social media posts, staff are so friendly and happy to help, will definitely purchase again!

I love the clothes. Very different. Nice to wear and comfortable. My only wish is that you do sizes small/medium as well. I am a size 14 and do find some of the clothes are too big. So please do a size small/medium as well please.

Wonderful service and a beautiful selection of fashion

Excellent customer service, fantastic staff who all go above and beyond to make sure they exceed your expectations. This team make shopping a pleasurable experience and make sure you not only look a million dollars but feel a million dollars.
Dawn and her team make you feel like family and friends not a customer THANK YOU!!

Great online ordering experience, delivery was swift and the refund process appears simple too.

Excellent store sizing is as stated I’m
Curvy so when it states fits up to a 22 it does - really speedy delivery- I recently ordered a black Malissa J dress and I was so impressed the next day ordered the coral and pale blue thank you

Not only are they the loveliest gang of ladies you could ever meet, they are helpful, kind, funny, and the quality of clothes is amazing

Always very pleased with Chester boutique.

Great service from Chester’s Boutique, living on the IOM I always buy on line, the service is good and the clothing is lovely. On the one time I returned an item, it was easy and I was refunded without delay.
