Awful service. I still haven't received my order. I received a package meant for someone else instead! I have emailed twice to find out what has happened and not even received the courtesy of a response. Avoid.

You canceled one-sided the shipment of my order, and I remained 2 months without any feedback from your part, until I insistently wrote to receive some information.I had to look for your e-mail adress in google. There is no support or contact option in your online shop at all, especially concerning anorder placed. Just one-sided information.
By the way, I still hane not received my order yet.

I write this with deep regret. I have done three photo shoots with Che from 2022 to date, one at Kirulapone and the other two at their current place. Unfortunately, I have faced serious issues with them.

Before this recent shoot, I had clearly informed them through WhatsApp, and I have message proof, that my two doggies would be coming with me. I had booked the session for one full hour and planned to arrive on time. This shoot was very important to me because it was for my convocation, and it was scheduled before the convocation. My appointment was at 11.00 a.m., not at a very early or very late hour.

However, when I arrived, the door was closed and no one was there to open it. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes with my two doggies inside the car. This meant that 20 minutes out of my one-hour booking was already wasted. I even had to keep the car AC running despite the fuel cost, because we were all sweating badly.

The photographer only arrived around 11.20 a.m. I was initially told the delay would be just 10 minutes, but it became 20 minutes. Then, by 11.30 a.m., another client arrived saying he also had an appointment at 11.30 a.m. Since there was only one cameraman available, it became obvious that my one-hour booking could not be properly accommodated.

The cameraman was in such a rush to finish the session that the entire experience became stressful. We were exhausted, and my puppies were exhausted too. As a result, the whole photo shoot felt wasted.

Despite clearly knowing that they were at fault, they did not make any extra effort with the editing either. The photos I received were only very lightly edited. I also requested the raw copies, especially because I had paid for the session, but up to now I have still not received them.

Sadly, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place anymore.

My first time shopping with CHE Studios and it was a great experience from start to finish. The product quality was excellent and the ordering and return process were smooth.

What really impressed me was their customer service. Due to a completely unrelated label mix-up, a parcel that wasn’t even theirs ended up with them. Will from their team went out of his way to help resolve the issue and ensure it reached the right place.

That level of help, especially when it wasn’t even their responsibility, says everything about the company. Thank you, Will.

I ordered some items over 15 days ago and the order is still not fulfilled. There has been no communication or update regarding the delay. Customer service has ignored all my emails and messages. Very disappointing experience. Not serious and definitely not recommended

I am loathed ever to give a one star review. It’s certainly not the clothing which is high quality, stylish and imaginative, but rather consistent problems with sizing (not consistent across items or with the online measuring guide) and the poor customer service I have experienced the last week (no reply for 5 days and I am left hanging).

The online size guide kept telling me I was XXL and it said that was 42-44 chest. I ordered XL and XXL just in case am in 2/3 of the items I ordered (a jumper and polo top) the XL was like a tent (48 chest) and the XL 50-52 (so marquee size).

Each time an item is returned it costs £3. Not a huge amount but when the sizing guide is so wrong and the sizes are so variable it doesn’t feel like my choice or my issue that I’m returning things.

I eventually got L in everything and they fit (like they fit the models in the photos and how they are wearing them/how it’s intended to be worn).

I got one reply a week ago from the inbox and someone incredibly helpful-sounding replied and gave me some better options and since then, despite confirming the same day and two email chasers since (each 48 hours apart) I have heard nothing.

Time is ticking on the return window now so it looks like (bizarrely enough) I’m just going to have to return what I have for refund not exchange.

Do Che actually want people buying their clothes?!

As I say the quality of the clothes I have tried is excellent, the feel and design equally so.

Customer service and sizing guidance far less so.
