I had a Terrible experience at the OnlyâŠ
I had a Terrible experience at the Only Chevron station in High Springs, Fl 8 days ago. The pump was Extremely Slow 15 mins to pump 11 gallons.then the pump kept runnining fuel out when it was full. No saftey feature to sense the tank was full.Even though I had released the nozzle trigger it kept pouring gas out on my truck paint and on the ground and the trigger was not being depressed. I spoke to the owners inside and told what happened and was told that No fuel pumps had auto shut-off when tank is almost full. Wrong, I have Never seen one that did Not have this safety feature because you have to depress again if you want to top-off after the safety feature does it's job. Also, the State inspector would fail the pump if this was Not working. The owner told me I was wrong and No fuel pumps had auto shut-off when tank is full.
So that day after I drove quickly home to wash the gas off the paint on my truck,I called the customer service # for Chevron. After being transferred about 3 times I got a person from another country and not to be mean but I could barely understand what he was saying. I had to keep ask him to please repeat. After he Assured me he had taken All of my complaint he said someone from Chevron customer service would call or email within 5 days. WAIT! I thought You were customer service. Not so, he was a contracted person that Forwards complaints to customer service dept.
Well this is the afternoon of the 8th day and not a peep from Chevron by phone call or email. SOOOO. I suppose Chevron must Not care about customers that give them $. By-the-way, this is the Very First and Only time I have ever had to make a complaint about a fuel co. Beware!! If Chevron cares Tihs Little about customers that pay a Lot of $ for their product You may be the Next to get this level of Great customer service. Thank you Cheveron for being a truly Rotten Co to a person that paid $4.50 per gallon and has Never complained about a fuel co before.

If there was a way to give NO stars I would. I have reached out to Chevron on several occasions pertaining to the local price gouging that is charged for supreme gas prices, .60 per gallon more.
Though Chevron does not control the prices these franchise owners charge their name is still being used. That tells me they condone the price gouging that's occurring.
There are far too many choices available out there, and Chevron's supreme gas is not THAT special to charge so much.
And I do not buy that their pricing is due to what's happening in the world today. This has been an issue way before that.

31 Mar, 2026 15:45 was the last time I had my visa credit card. I gave it to the thin gas station attendant at Chevron. Calle Transpeninsular 7, 23205 Chamelta, BCS, MX+528007363900. First I gave him my debit card. he said it did not work. only visa he said, he asked for my Visa card from my wallet. then he claimed the Visa card did not work. finally I paid him cash.
After filling the car, the kilometers left to go did not improve. I kept turning the car off and on waiting for the kilometers to go up. It did not. lt showed 522km. in the past when filled it showed 692km. One bar to fill. First attempt $245.MXP, 2nd $10.MXP.

My visa declined the charge and sent me a message asking if I recognized it. I responded ânoâ to the text. I called visa this morning at 5am when I awoke. when I pulled out my card to give the card number, I saw I no longer had my card but a different personâs card.

I went inside paid 20.00 for gas on my debit card. Went outside, price went from advertised. 2.77 to 3.09. When the transaction went to my bank I was charged 20.59. Complete total fraud. I have been communicating with them since March 17th. They say they canât find my receipt, I sent them a copy and a copy of the charge to my bank for the extra .59. Not only was I charged .32 a gallon more for my gas, but they also charged another 3% to my debit card.
CAUTION: Worst customer rewards programâŠ
Chevron's customer rewards program offers no protection against somebody using your phone number and stealing your points. A simple resolution would be allowing the customer to utilize a pin number that they could change if somebody were to compromise the account. But I guess that's too difficult for Chevron to figure out. So as opposed to taking care of the customer by solving the issue or at the very least replacing the points that were stolen, they'd rather take care of the thieves. Because of this, I am no longer a loyal Chevron customer and trust me, after my experience with customer service, they could care less!

I am appauled by the disrespect towards the elderly I was taught to respect my elders above all. I was taught that manners go a long way. Not only was I disrespected by the night shift at chevron located at 51st Ave and Glendale repeatedly it's horrible there bad customer service had me in tears and I'm 66 years old not only was I ripped off time and time again I was called a liar by employees who are the ones stealing from there own company I don't understand what gives these employees the right to be so rude when it's the customers that pay there salary I truly hope something will be done for the sake of good customer service and good manners that these employees realize that there in the wrong bc sooner or later someone is gonna do something about it and there definitely not gonna like it

Chevron gas pumps puts people like me in a major bind , I door dash on the side ,stopped to get gas at a Chevron gas station , used my crimson card at the pump and got $10 of fuel . I had $80 + on the door dash crimson card that I earned today Apr. 18 and Chevron charged the full $80+ I was told that would have to wait till April 20th for them to release the balance of what they held . Left me in a complete bind . Chevron needs to change the way theor gas pumps charges cards or deal with lawyers and major major issues that will cost them more . Your pumps recorded me pumping $10 in fuel . Why charge my door dash crimson card the full balance I had on it ? That is fraud and a major inconvenience

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This rating is due to trouble I had when traveling and trying to use my Chevron card. Prior to my trip I advised Chevron of my travel plans to another state. They said "no problem". When trying to use my card in this other state it was declined. When I called Chevron I proceeded to get THE WORST customer service available. I was told that even with a travel notification on the account they could not guarantee that a charge would not be declined. I asked then why put a travel notification on the account prior to my travel? To make a long story short, there was no good answer and I will be closing this account. Why have this account if I can't be sure I can use it when I need to. Makes no sense to me.
