If you need a server host, take it from a computer programmer, USE THESE DUDES! No stupid “slot/cpu package” tiers and other nonsense where most other places throttle you if you don’t pay more for the next package. These guys host you and it’s one price for everything, plain and simple. And customer service was fast response, complete and USA BASED!

I've had hosted servers that cost 4x what I pay ChicagoServers for that were far less prompt with support. They were able to do something for me that it seems they had not done yet, add Carbon to a linux server which is a huge thing for us.

Server is running perfectly and support has been well beyond any I've experienced with hosts. If you are looking for a server host that doesn't nickel and dime you to death with amazing support and great performance you won't be disappointed.

As someone who's still new to adding plugins and mod loaders, support helped me quickly resolve issues. Server runs smooth and connection to it has been great.

'ChicagoServers' a far better server provider than Nitrado! The cost to rent a server is at a very fair budget, the hardware is up to date and they are amazing at solving any issues you might have! They respond as fast as they can get to you but if they don't reply instantly you shouldn't worry! They take care of everything you need done. And yes, this is a real friggin review!

The migration was a breeze. I came over from another host that seemed to get sluggish at times and I'm glad I did. No issues so far at chicagoservers and I think they have better hardware.. either way my server doesn't slow down now so I'm glad I moved.

A+ awesome control panel. Looks good and works really good. This was my first paid hosting company I went with because of the refund guarantee and I'm new to all this but I think I'll be staying as of now.

I am extremely pleased with the setup time, advanced features in the control panel including the backup feature, and support's response time has been great. I do not regret going with chicagoservers and will be with them for some time.

I can't speak highly enough of the great experience so far. 3 days in and setup was a breeze, the server is fast, and things just work- Exactly what I hoped for. I've been hosting Rust basically since it came out and this has definitely been one of the top 3, if not the best, providers that I've been with over the years.

There is enough deditated WAM for my RUST server! I am impressed. They are pretty darn rootin tootin for a server host.

I enjoy the plugin installer for Rust right in the control panel. Def makes it easier to get things customized from the jump. A+ guys

Support was no help at all. Having trouble with moving a pre-existing world on to their servers. Asked if I’d used an ftp for file transfer and if all transfers were successful. They were. From there they just threw their hands up “we don’t know.” This after hours, and at times days between support answers, even during the week. Sincerely wish I hadn’t paid ahead of time as now I’m stuck with a server that we can’t use. With support that is useless.

Needed help from Customer Support outside of normal working hours, and received a reply immediately with the fix I asked for. Great hardware, very responsive gameplay experience, and I've tried many hosting sites. Very impressed.

ChicagoServers is legit! I have used a lot of different companies but these guys do it right. Highly recommend

In my 8+ years of running a 7d2d server i have never seen a host that does so much for their customers as chicago servers does. This host is outstanding and without a doubt in my opinion is the best hosting option available. They have far exceeded any expectations i had hoped for in customer service, server stability and customer support.

I've had absolutely no issues the last week with this server and it's much easier than trying to run it on my own. Team reached out to see if I needed anything but so far so good! Thanks!

Service worked flawlessly left a note when purchasing and was able to get clustering working very quickly! 10/10
