If I could I would give 0 stars.

Shit quality, expensive dress for a wedding. Materials are cheap and you can look straight trough it.
The flower broke of while putting it back on. Wrote to customer service.
They advised me to buy glue and fix the flower myself.... how dare they!!!
After that they only offered 10% cash back or I have to pay for all the sending costs back to china.

Scam ordered almost 2 months ago sent numerous emails and nothing

Scam do not purchase from this company!! If I could give 0 star I would. I ordered a dress and was sent something totally different including the color. I contacted customer service to get the correct dress. After several emails I was asked to send photos which I did only to here back that the only thing they could do was give me 10% refund as it would be too expensive to return the dress THEY sent me incorrectly. In other words, they would keep 90% of my payment for there mistake.

Horrible inadmissible !!! Du vol je paye une robe 70€ qui ne ressemble pas du tout à l’image. Produit venant de Chine impossible à renvoyer car à nos frais !! C’est l’équivalent de shein à un prix exorbitant !! Fuyez!!!!

I didn't see a way to reply to your message. I did not place a order as your site rejected 2 of my credit cards and both were compromised

big scams do not order they provide you with wrong tracking numbers. it is a big scam I checked with my post office with the tracking number and it was totally to another person. they never respond to e mails. do not order at your own risk scammers. Gina

Both dresses I ordered barely look like how they are advertised on the website. I ordered a tight dress, they sent me a flowy dress that was way too big with a completely different make of dress. The quality is horrible. When I asked for money back they told me shipping back to them is expensive and I would lose out on money. Don’t buy from here!

Dress beautiful but poor workmanship quality. Zipper in back did not line up and top front rolled open to expose the lining. Requested refund as they have a 100% money back guarantee but they require I pay for postage to China to return. They offered a 20% discount to keep but alternations said $50-$75 to correct the problems and this was no where near the alternations cost. Avoid this company.

Ich kann mich den schlechten Bewertungen leider nur anschließen! Es ist nicht erkennbar, daß es sich um einen China-Laden handelt, sonst hätte ich da von vornherein nie und nimmer bestellt! Ich habe das Kleid zwar rechtzeitig bekommen, aber trotz mehrmaliger Kommunikation wegen der Größe, hat das Kleid maximal stehend gepaßt, hinsetzen war absolut unmöglich, weil viel zu eng und nicht elastisch. Also nicht praxistauglich, wenn man nicht grade eine Schaufensterpuppe ist, die nur rumsteht!
Retoure ging dann plötzlich nach China, für einen horrenden Preis, dazu sollte man dann auch noch beim Wert in der Zollangabe schummeln, sonst hätte der Shop es überhaupt garnicht erst zurückgenommen! Wir haben widerwillig alles so gemacht wie verlangt! Das war im Dezember 23! Jetzt im Juli 24, haben wir nach mehrmaligem nachfragen was denn nun ist, nach einer letzten sehr eindeutigen Beschwerdemail, dann doch schwuppdiwupp endlich Geld zurückbekommen. Allerdings bei weitem nicht das was uns zustehen würde! Denn man hat uns noch mal darauf hingewiesen, daß man ja Express Versand hätte, was von unserer Seite aber NIE in Auftrag gegeben wurde! Und dieser Preis wurde uns einfach auch noch in Rechnung gestellt und abgezogen.
Also Leute: Finger Weg! Sucht euch lieber ne Schneiderin eures Vertrauens und nehmt 100€ mehr in die Hand, dann werdet ihr glücklicher und unterstützt noch die heimische Wirtschaft!

Superbe robe de qualité ajustée à mes mensurations sans frais supplémentaires. Très bonne réactivité et conseils avisés. Je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles car j'aurais préféré la recevoir dans une boîte en main propre et non dans un paquet enroulé dans la boîte aux lettres. Sinon vous êtes au top.
