Much needed, amazingly helpful service
This service was absolutely amazing. My mother and I were so grateful to have it as an option while she visited town. She slipped and broke her foot two days into a two-week visit and without this service, we wouldn't have been able to do anything in town! It was also much easier for us compared to a wheelchair as I have a small baby and needed to push a pram.
It was easy to call (as they are new, I was able to call same day when I saw online that there were bookings available). I could drive my mother up to the building (as she was in a boot she could walk the few steps to the door) and then go park the car elsewhere.
The cost was something we could manage and it was nice to have the scooter for such a large block of time so that we could make sure to get everything done in town.
