Chickenstoyourdoor レビュー

Everything has been great with Chickens to your door.
The staff communicated by email everything you needed to know and kept you updated and reminded of your pick up date and address leading up to collection. Plus gave lots of tips and advice for collecting and onwards.

I asked for 3 different colour silkie showgirls and that’s exactly what I got.

Pick up went nice and smoothly and the lady at Apuldram Roses, Chichester was very friendly and chatty. You also receive a little pack to get you started.

The girls arrived home safely and I left them to relax with food and water.
All were well and a week later I added them to my other 3 silkies. Lots of pecking and worrying but now all is well and all 6 are happy. No eggs yet though- I’ve had them about 5 weeks so hoping they’ll start any day.

Chickens to your door also checked in to make sure all was well and offered a telephone number incase you need any help or have any questions.

All 3 are well and beautiful birds.

I would definitely recommend.

From the moment I ordered the chickens, through the delivery/collection point, and the ongoing aftercare, the team have been amazing. From the very beginning they kept me informed of each step, ensuring that I knew what to provide in the coup and run prior to the girls arriving to ensure it was a smooth process. Tips and hints that I had never considered before, have worked out marvellously. They gave details of what to expect, allaying any worries including pecking order for new owners. I have never experienced such kindness, dedication and care when getting chickens before and I have been keeping hens for 15 years. I had a couple of questions regarding settling them in and they were prompt with their replies on email, putting my mind at rest with assurances that all was well. They should have called themselves the chicken whisperers.

This is the first time we have used Chickens to your door and we are so impressed and happy with the service provided!! The entire process was faultless and the communication and help post pick up is brilliant!
We will now only be using them. Highly recommend this amazing company

The whole process from ordering online, communications and collection was first class - we have 3 lovely little Wyandotte Bantams, you can see they are so healthy and have been really well cared for.
This has got to be the way to buy hens in the future - so much easier for buyers and breeders. I would certainly do this again and would recommend it to anyone else without hesitation

This is the third time I have used Chickenstoyourdoor and each time I have been very impressed with both the chicken and customer care. The little 'care packages' that come with the birds are lovely and the one time I had to be late picking them up due to work they were really helpful and reassuring. The chickens I have had each time have been healthy and happy and have integrated well with my existing hens after a time of separation for quarantine etc.

From the moment I took the decision to keep hens, I knew I would be buying them from CTYD, who are absolutely fantastic. They patiently spent well over an hour on the phone to me advising on both the different varieties and on the basics of chicken keeping before I had even taken the decision to definitely keep them and to place an order. As a first time chicken keeper, they could not have been more supportive with advice throughout the whole process and I now have a beautiful and extremely friendly group of chickens that delight everyone who meets them. I honestly cannot recommend them more highly for the quality and friendliness of their birds as well as the advice and experience they happily and patiently pass on.

Excellent service and beautiful chickens. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hens and in amazing condition really pleased with purchase. Collection of hens didn’t go as planned but Libby was really good and sorted it out for me. Will be ordering again this year
Thank you

Hens were everything I was hoping for. Amazing condition and delivered promptly with good communication. Our Niece is now obsessed with them!

Good nd trust worthy

I have used CTYD several times now. Always great birds, they arrive unstressed and healthy and after a bit of settling in, get on well with the rest of our small garden flock. So much choice of birds too!

Excellent. Great communication and the pick up was very easy and efficient. The hens arrived looking healthy and happy, and they are lovely. Great selection of hens to choose from. We are really pleased and would happily recommend to anyone looking to get point of lay hens.

Very helpful, great communication and we are very happy with our birds. If you are buying hens for the first time, you couldn't do better than Chickenstoyourdoor.

Very efficient. Bantons as described and great chickens they are . Would certainly recommend and will buy from Chickenstoyourdoor again.

I reserved my hens back in August and collected them from my local collection point in September.
The chickens arrived immaculate and in very good health. A little apprehensive at first but within a week feeding from my hand and within three weeks I have one that likes to be picked up (she squats when I go near her) and one that sits on my shoulder. You can tell that they have been lovingly and carefully reared with lots of human contact. No health issues at all. No eggs yet, but their combs are changing so it won’t be long - for me that’s confirmation of the POL age.
Communication was excellent. I’ve also asked a couple of questions post collection and have received timely and useful advice.
All in all, an excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

I bought 3 Silkies from Libby and the team. The hens are absolutely beautiful and a picture of health.
The customer service was excellent, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you x

Thank you jacqui mitchell xx

Easy to order. Friendly people to deal with. Advice when needed at the end of the phone. Chickens in excellent condition despite travel time. Excellent follow up service from chickenstoyourdoor.

I found this service excellent. I went to the website and then asked some questions via a text message. The reply was the next working day and was very helpful. I purchased two light Sussex hens and they gave a delivery date estimate. I picked a local chicken sales establishment local to me. The delivery date was improved on nearer the time. With emails telling me all I needed to know. I went to pick up the chickens they were in good health and boxed, with instructions of how to treat them over the coming weeks. Including how to introduce them to our existing flock.
With follow up emails to make sure all is well. First class many thanks.

I brought 4 new hens for you and I am very happy they are super friendly and sweet and have settled really well. Being able to collect from stow on the wold was perfect and so simple and easy. Will definitely be using you again.
