They advertise as lowest fees but that is b*~#l! I did a couple of smaller purchases through etransfer which was ok but when I wanted a larger amount I did a wire transfer. It took almost a month to process and then the took 20% off for compliance fees and other fees. There is no where on the site that states those amounts! Then when I emailed to inquire what was happening they just ghosted me and didn’t answer back. Don’t deal with ChicksX for any big amounts.

I ordered on a Sunday evening, via Bank transfer ACH; though funds left my USA bank account on Monday ; it took at least 5 days to process. I was getting stressed and frustrated; but thankfully Mercy.L came online as my operator on the Saturday Morning. She promised to solve my payout and she did. I can comfortably recommend Chicksx. I love using these guys. The setup process was super quick, and deposits and withdrawals through e-transfer are fast and easy. I highly recommend them. I also love all the storefront locations they’re opening up — it makes buying and selling incredibly convenient.

There usually ok but uve noticed thagmt lately you have to bug customer service to put your order through and it takes 6 hrs sometimes. They sent a payment on me that I requested a refund on but they sent it anyway and after admitting it was there fault refused to comp me ! So be careful and just be prepared to wait . And there fees to sell crypto are kinda steep i sold 140 bucks usdc and ended up with 124 in my account so not sure how that compares but just be careful and read the fine print

I used it several times and everything was fine for two weeks. After that, every time I tried to pay by bank card, it said "declined." I contacted support, and their response was that they don't accept cards issued from Libya. I don't know why; they didn't tell me the reason. I don't know what the problem is, and I hope they will tell me because it's my right to know.

Everything went great

Was pleasantly surprised to know that it was my bank that was taking so long and chicks x were very prompt on their end. Very user friendly interface.

Mario A is the biggest lying scumbag out there. I sent my payment, not only does he tell customers that their whoel process is "automatic" but he blatently lies about when he sends funds.

Sat there and waited 4 hours for an order to go through, only to find out that he didnt even send the funds.

Everytime i deal with them its a 4 hour wait. If you want good service go to another exchange, this place sucks. Absolute garbage.
