I ordered $72.00 of merchandise and it been a month. Never gotten anything nothing. Very upset because I wasn't going to purchase anything because of the scams out there. Was hoping to see my pocket books over a month nothing yet. Have to contact my bank.

Item never arrived and customer support says its not their problem because it says delivered.

I am adding this here after the merchant responded in 4 months. There was 0 communication with customer service simply because it didn't exist. Disputing with the US credit company took 60 days and many hours. This company is a poof company that only exists to collect US customer funds. How convenient to have a pool of money for free.

Terrible company. I was charged but got NO confirmation NO receipt at the time I ordered it 12/17/22. NONE SINCE, but the charge went through. They have no valid way to talk to “customer service” .
I’ve escalated this to the fraud department with my credit card. They are starting an investigation to this and multiple other complaints.

ChicV UK Limited and ChicV International Holding Limited, which also operates Annie Cloth, Lilicloth, Zolucky and many other fashion websites, advertise items for sale online that appear to be of much higher quality than what you receive. The sizing charts are off even if you follow their measurements and if that is not enough to deter you, I can sincerely say I've purchased better items from Dollar Stores. They also claim free shipping over a set amount, but I was discounted since a first time purchase so I ended up paying the shipping which far exceeded any benefit. Do yourself a huge favor and buy from sites with Brand Names that you know. I am not the only person to state this. Read ALL reviews from multiple sites before you purchase because if you buy and you are unhappy, forget about returning and being reimbursed. You must pay for the items to go to China, even though they are shipped from within the US and don't state that within their Return Policy. The charge to return with tariffs will likely be more than you paid. They will offer you a 15% refund if you want to keep the items and if you refuse to accept that, they will go up to 50%. I attempted to cancel one backordered item upon receiving the other three on 11/23/22 and they told me they couldn't it had shipped, as of 11/27/22 EST morning, it still did not ship, only the label was created. 11/27/22 late evening EST they sent me proof it finally shipped supporting more fraud. They then offered me 70% refund on the first 3 items. I tried, as a registered customer to comment on the products purchased on their site and could not. I would be embarrased to even donate these to a homeless shelter new and packaged, that is how poor the material quality is. I discovered, after the fact, a friend of mine purchased a dress, same issue, and just threw it out. I humbly am a sincere person, I don't partake in social media and I seldom if ever complain, but this company needs to be investigated and accountable for their bad and deceptive business practices. I ended my email conversations with them stating I will be keeping the items as proof for the US Federal Trade Commission, econsumer.gov so I can clearly prove that they market and advertise fraudulently. I purchased boots and the advertised image of the texture of the boot, soles, strings, lining vs. the quality of the product received is clearly visible to anyone who were to examine them. I am working on getting a Class Action Suit against them. They need to stop making millions by scamming people. It is reported by Ecommerce DB that Noracora alone made 40K in USD in 2021. It is unclear if that is just US Sales, but total all their other operating sites and that is too much to make operating as they do. My date of purchase ws 11/15/22 not 11/14/22.

This clothing is horrible. It doesn't match anything on their website. Everything is made for a Giant. And now the hassle of returning the items. They said they would give me return details within 48 hours and I haven't heard from them yet. And they start this return countdown on your order (must arrive in 30 days or you don't get your refund), but don't give you return instructions (they said 48 hours) and I checked SPAM/Junk mail several times. Wow what a scam company. This should be illegal!!!

Poor quality, like a team jersey for a holiday clothes. I cancelled the order, but still was shipped. Once shipped, they wouldn't provide a local US address. They were just interested in providing a 50% discount!
Hello, I don't need to keep thus cheap merchandise.All direct from Cheap China Factory. Website is very misleading, directs you to another webiste,that makes it look legit, but it's not!

I Purchased what I thought was 4 "Quality" T Shirts recently.
Lack of quality in reality.
Real thin material and on one T shirt they couldn't even put the screen printing on the correct side, (it was printed on the back of the shirt instead of the front as shown in their online pics)
Cheep Chinese junk.

I ordered a black top and was debited 32.48 Feb 22, 2022. I never received a tracking number or anything. I did see MDJFHZIPZ. But no way to contact anyone. Still no shipment!

This Co. Ships from overseas, as their site says. Made a large purchase, but they couldn't get it to me before my need. I had to cancel, their CSR was caring and helpful, and they returned all moneys to me as they said.

Ordered 2 tops tried to return it never received address to return never received the second top and sandals I ordered and was charged for all three items

This company is a sham. They have a bogus address listed on their website. No phone number for contact. They put misleading wording in what comes up when you do a Google search for other sites, leading you to believe you are where you want to be, but you are not. Their products are made incredibly cheaply, very thin material, and could never fit a real human. It is impossible to make a return to them for a refund. You have to e-mail them to get an address, but they don't answer. Others have said they are actually located in China.

I ordered three tops and received two of them from Alfredo in los Angeles, Ca. One had the seams on the outside! Unwearable! The third top was not available but I was charged for all three...I asked for refund on the two tops but no response! I am dealing with paypal to resolve this...I will NEVER deal with anything from china again!!!!!

Hi. Like this other customer, I am totally SHOCKED at the poor workmanship and lack of quality if clothes I ordered..not only so, they look NOTHING LIKE PICS! I HAVE ASKED FOR RETURN ADDRESS BUT I KEEP GETTING TOLD CHINA? They said they'd give me a 25%discount to keep and it return,? I just need a RETURN ADDRESS!!!

I ordered 4 tops from Annecloth. I did look at the reviews, sizing guidelines and material and got what it promised. I normally wear an XL but ordered a 3x based on the information they gave. Granted, they look a lot better in models but I'm happy with them. Especially for the price! You really can't beat it.

This is a scam company and should not be trusted. I paid and later it got coverted to B£. I never recieved any confirmation nor the product ordered. Please check the companies you are ordering from before you place your orders. Thanks.

I made a purchase for christmas for my wife and have received no confirmation of order placed or any idea if I will get it in time for christmas. They got their money fast enough!!!!
