Exceptional customer service

Ordered during the Christmas rush so called to check on our order. Lynda contacted shipping and emailed me back the same afternoon with detailed tracking information and predicted delivery the following day. Indeed it did arrive the next day. I told her I ordered based on reviews as much as website product description. Her response was to tell me they have such wonderful customers. Winning attitude in my opinion.

dog boots

Nice dog boots, but unfortunately they are not for cold weather without the snow. They can be sawn in a minutes on the asfalt or another hard surface with the salt slush.

great company!

The products are well-made and fit our dog perfectly. (She looks amazing and my husband gets lots of compliments from strangers when walking her). Staff is helpful and respond quickly to questions. Delivery is prompt. We certainly recommend this company to others.
