Beautiful baby doll Ruby and excellent customer service
We ordered a beautiful doll for our 6 year old little girl for her birthday and she was so happy. The doll (Ruby) looked exactly like the photo which was a big relief as you never know what is going to arrive!
We had some delays due to the event typhoons but Chimidoll were fantastic, the weather was completely out of there control but we were kept informed and customer service have been amazing.
The doll is perfect for children looking for a more realistic doll and is a great size similar to a newborn baby.

It did not arrive on time
It did not arrive on time. It was to be my daughterâs Christmas gift. She is 7. I still havenât got it yet so I canât even tell if we like it yet or not. She does know she has a gift coming late but this was all she ask for. Tracking isnât even legit it seems bc it wonât tell me where it is. Also no one got back to us on that part ð
