She speaks to us with an affirming nature. The trust out loud experience helps us to understand that we can trust ourselves.

Trust Out Loud has been one of those life changing experiences I've needed. Not only did I get the chance to hear from amazing men and women about their journeys and stories that really impacted my life, I was able to share my story as well. To know there's a place where you don't have to hold back and you can really be yourself, and trust yourself, that what you went through had a purpose, is really what a lot of people are looking for! I'm so grateful for connecting Chinitha and watching her build in public! She's changed my life in ways I cannot explain!

I also want to share my thoughts about the episode I had the opportunity to be a part of. It was such a powerful and meaningful experience for me. Being able to openly share my story, reflect on my journey, and talk about trusting myself through different seasons really touched me. I went into it nervous, but once the conversation started, everything began to flow naturally. 💜

The episode reminded me just how powerful our stories are and how important it is for women to have spaces where we can be vulnerable, speak our truth, and encourage one another. I walked away reflecting on my own growth, resilience, and the woman I’m continuing to become.
