I have been a chipy member for many years, way back when it wasn't even called chipy.com. I've witnessed the growth from a useful free bonus site to the hub of online casinos that it is today. I started buying Chipy's "lottery tickets" maybe 2019 or maybe only last year and I've won like 3 times! That's without spending too many coins or even buying half as many tickets as they allow. Then when they caught wind of me commenting about my family going through some very tough times, some one from Chipy actually wrote me an email offering their sympathy and best wishes which I thought was SO LOVELY and made me feel special so thank you to the Chipy team member who did that. Chipy IP Banned Me
Once upon a time, one of the casinos recommended to me by Chipy (Lucky Creek) overcharged me on several bitcoin deposits by 20%. After battling with their support staff I was alarmed, and I brought this to Chipy's support team to let them know. They said they couldn't do anything. The same casino continues to overcharge on bitcoin deposits and continues to be promoted by Chipy.
Later on, my debit card was stolen. I had to sift through a bunch of transactions, and in the process I must have flagged a deposit I had made to a casino I had found through Chipy (probably because it had gone through an international payment processor and I didn't recognize the vendor). Chipy banned me by IP without any effort at communication.
They are not there to support you, they are there to promote online casinos, and that is how they make their money. If you find yourself in a dispute with a casino, don't expect Chipy to be on your side.
I don't know the experience for other users, I can only speak to my own, but in retrospect every single one of the online casinos I tried at the recommendation of Chipy was incredibly sketchy, and honestly my debit card was probably stolen by one of them in the first place. Between the withdrawal process horror stories and the scammy "bonuses" that come with impossible-to-play-through wagering requirements, you're better off avoiding anything recommended on this site. If you're looking for a recommendation, go with Chumba or Pulsz, or even better a physical casino.

After your first e-mail, we contacted the casino representative that we are in touch with and have been asked to redirect you to their support team without us having been provided with further details.
Once again, we sincerely apologize that we were not able to help more.
As for the troubles you have accessing Chipy.com, we have sent you an e-mail and we kindly ask you to reply to us so we can further investigate this situation.
