It was a little disappointing that there was a mix up in the time originally quoted at 7.30am, changed to 10, then coming a little later than that due to prior job taking longer than expected.
I was contacted prior to both times by their office to explain the circumstances.

I am very grateful to Chiswick Plumbing for their prompt reaction to our call for help. Our gas fire malfunctioned on a Friday evening which required attendance by the fire brigade and we were concerned to ensure that there was no further gas leak that could reignite. Chiswick Plumbing had an experienced plumber at our house on Saturday morning and he did everything to reassure us by checking everything.
