At first they didn't deliver the parcel to me, but they themselves made a note that I supposedly received it. A month after I started the legal process, it was delivered to me.

The parcel was delivered far from my address, 4.5 km. there is no service, no phones, no e-mail. Whatsapp has only a bot that answers the same thing to any problem. then a link appears, due to which WhatsApp freezes and does not respond.

Worst delivery system!!!
They send you the package so far that you need another shipment!!
Wish to have the possibility not to work with them!

Worst shipping company ever !!

Worst of it, they auto change the pick up points to far away places

This company lost a package sent to me by Aliexpress and now they don't want to admit that they were wrong. I have all the evidence that the package arrived at their distribution center where it was lost, but they took care to confirm with Aliexpress that the package arrived. Aliexpress refused to return my money and closed the complaint. The Cheetah company claims to have sent the package back to the seller. In this way, they are not responsible and they do not have to compensate me for the value of the lost package. I asked them for proof that they returned the package to the seller, but they refused to issue me such a letter.

Okay, so here's my experience with this almost-scam company. i placed an order with AliExpress and they chose Chita as their local courier. Instead of automatically sending my package to the collection point closest to me, they routed it to a location around an hour away by bus. The links Chita sent me to change the collection point weren't working (it took me time to realize the site was incompatible with my filter), so I asked Chita to change it for me but they did not. Next, I tried contacting them via phone, but there are no contact numbers and even the sales numbers are not answered. there's very little information listed, so no way to contact a manager or s/one who can actually help you.
So now my package is at the other end of my city and I have to find practically a whole morning to collect my package.
I should have taken the other reviewer seriously and ensured AliExpress would not use this shipper before placing my order. Well, a lesson well-learned!

So, fellow online adventurers, heed my warning: when navigating AliExpress or any Israel-bound store, shout a digital battle cry: "No Cheetah Group!" Save yourself the stress, the hidden fees, and the dubious honor of becoming their next victim. Let's break free from this deceptive web and demand genuine delivery services that respect our time and money.

And to my fellow shoppers, take proactive measures! Prior to placing an order, contact the seller. Ensure they understand that you want nothing to do with Cheetah Group and its affiliates. Only proceed with the order after the seller agrees to your terms. Once the order is placed and shipped, changes become challenging.
