Never received my item or my refund. Customer service, or lack thereof, was deplorable.

Works pretty good, but my dog really doesn’t like it

Items were all in a good state and quality. Time of shipment was also good. Products are not better then any other similar ones in pet stores.

I didn’t realize these products were coming from China. I ordered four items and they were delivered separately. This isn’t a shipping process that takes waste and the environment in mind, so I was unhappy to learn this once my items arrived. It really looks like you’re ordering from a woman with a pitbull, when in fact that’s just the marketing and the items are sent directly from china.

I gave it a four star because how they packaged and sent each package in a individual package of it’s own was a pain and made it seem like I was not getting all of my items I ordered and then the one item was so hard to even open because of how the packaged it but besides that it is good but my items are already looking like they are discoloring or scraping from the every day life that my dog has which should not be happening if I paid almost 200 dollars for this stuff

I would have given it a 5 stars except I ordered the large. It did not fit my dog's paws. But the part that I could get it there did get clean.
