On my Samsung S22 phone, the Choir genius password field is blocked by the keyboard, so the password cannot be seen as it is typed. It also lacks a feature to display the actual password, so if you mistyped anything, it is not possible to see the problem to correct it.

We switched to Choir Genius from Groups.io, Dropbox, Eventbrite, and a couple other apps. First off their pricing will save us $2,000+/year in ticketing fees, secondly, unlike most of the other companies listed above they actually answer their email!

When we went live in with on a live video call to make sure any initial problems could be handled together in real time. They've answered emails and provided support well outside the hours they promise to be available, and have even made technical changes to the site I've requested.

Forte could not be happier with this app. If you've got a choir or musical org that needs to keep track of membership, dues, tickets, volunteers, calendar, email newsletters and chat lists you can do it all on one app with these folks!

Excellent purpose built software. We used to use Groups.io AND Eventbrite AND this AND that and another thing. Choir Genius does exactly what we need it to, even paying for their most expensive option we're going to save ~2x the cost on Eventbrite fees alone, let alone all the other things we've replaced. Their tech support is amazing and always helps you fix any issue you have getting set up.

Choir Genius has been a game-changer for our chorus, VanCity Harmony. It simplifies member management, streamlines communication, and keeps all our resources—like sheet music and learning tracks—organized in one place.

The customizable features are fantastic for tailoring it to our needs, and the support team is always responsive and helpful. If you’re looking to take your choir management to the next level, this platform is a must-have. Highly recommended! 🎵

The power of the platform is amazing. It allows us ease of communication by providing all aspects of email, and notifications to and from individuals or groups. From learning tracks, event creation, and attendance, everything is at the fingertips of the members and the group administrators. The calendar is fantastic and the ease of adding events is quite simple. We are very satisfied with all aspects of this robust tool and the amazing support and customer service that we have recieved over the last 7 years.

I highly recommended Choir Genius for people looking to simplify and enhance their management process... stop using spreadsheets! CG is a big part of the reason our season was much more organized and profitable.

As a new start-up chorus, Choir Genius has made a critical difference in streamlining our day to day operations and communication with members. Schedules, attendance, music and learning media, riser placement... it's all in one place and easy to use. Creating a single place for members to go to for everything they need makes supporting their singing experience easy and manageable, even with a small leadership team.

In particular, I love the ability to elevate members into limited admin roles when we need a little help with the hundreds of small jobs that keep us running. Being able to quickly adjust our team and tools means we can focus more of our time on the music!

My group has a ton of music to learn, so I just post it up in Choir Genius so I can use the app. Takes about 2 minutes and it helps a ton with all the memorizing! Especially the tough parts, which I put on loop.

Choir Genius makes organizing and communicating with our choir of 150+ members a breeze! Loving the new music set list feature. I love that this company is always improving the program and is very receptive to feedback and suggestions.

UI needs improvement. It is too confusing.
