So lucky to have found Emy ! Reiki has helped me to de-stress & rebalance during micro-moments at work. The sound baths have left me so relaxed, peaceful & happy. Yoga classes are varied & challenging, always leave every type of session feeling rewarded & cared for. :) Cannot rate all things Choku enough!

The sound healing was a lovely experience. Lovely meditation, I felt relaxed and uplifted for days after. It was my daughter’s first experience and she also loved it.
