I have recently completed the two-day online Fitness Pilates course! It was brilliant. The trainer Kelly Reed was very knowledgeable and patient with all of us on the course, and was always ready to answer any questions we had. I cannot recommend this super easy and convenient course should you be looking for an entry level course in to Pilates!

Rachel is just an amazing instructor! Her energy is infectious! Full of ideas. Rachel is very supportive of other instructors, sharing ideas, educating, offering programmes etc. I would recommend becoming a supporter.

I highly recommend C2G. Absolutely love it. I’ve done lots of workshops/courses over the years and I’ve always been really impressed with their consistent quality/up to date knowledge on all the new science coming in and their professionalism. They are aware of absolutely everything that’s going on in the fitness business. I’m back again now in 2024 and the quality of teaching is so good. I especially love Rachel and Kelly’s positivity. I’ve taken a few courses in menopause for yoga with other providers and they are always so negative and serious about how awful the symptoms can be but with Rachel’s MenoFit teacher training I found it to be the best without fail. Really positive and inspirational and a refreshing change. So much content on all courses. I am no longer scared of the menopause!. Loved it. Amazing teachers. Incredibly supportive. Best in the business. I love the community aspect of C2G! It’s like a family. I’m a very happy girl x

I have done a number of courses with C2Go over the years enabling me to add depth and variety to my existing fitness business. C2Go courses are always easy to follow, well laid out and the ongoing access to the course (lifetime learning) and support is valuable and appreciated. It's important to me to know, that the people provided my qualifications are experienced and in it for the long term and with over 30 years experience Rachel (has proven that) Would highly recommend any of these courses and qualifications if you are looking to add to your fitness repertoire. Really professional website led by Rachel Holmes, full of fitness and healthy nutrition knowledge, as well as educational towards menopause and varios other conditions.

I attended the recent Champneys Retreat and what a treat that was. Well organised, great sessions, lots of helpful advice suitable for fit pros or fitness lovers, tonnes of inspiration and exceptional food.

Kelly and Rachel were wonderful hosts and the venue was luxurious.
Great value for money and I hope I can attend a future event. I came away relaxed and refocused with new ideas and goals.

I took the online Fitness Pilates class on Zoom last weekend and it was brilliant. Kelly explains things so clearly and shows everything, so if you are a visual learner like me it’s super helpful to see what she is explaining.

It was great to be put into the breakout rooms and meet the other instructors and gain ideas from each other.

If you are thinking of becoming a Fitness Pilates Instructor, then I would highly recommend this course.

As usual very easy to order and pay for any of the workshops. Looking forward to doing this one over the holiday period.
