Good service from choosing a car, purchasing it to driving it away, Dawid dealt with all my questions professionally and was very polite and helpful from start to finish. All the staff were very polite and welcoming also.

âI paid a £99 reservation fee in good faith to secure a vehicle with Chorley Group. For four days straight, I was repeatedly told by staff that someone would call me back to assist me, yet I was completely ignored and never received a single return call. To my absolute shock, I later found out that the car I had paid to reserve had been sold without a single word of notification. Taking a customer's money, promising daily updates that never come, and selling their reserved car is completely unprofessional. I am now chasing a refund of my £99 fee. Thoroughly disappointed by this level of service and would not recommend.

I have spoken with Lee, who has confirmed that he spoke with you on Saturday while Adam was off. During that conversation, the situation regarding the vehicle was explained to you, and it was agreed that we would look into alternative vehicles once the latest stock was uploaded to our purchasing systems on Monday. My understanding is that you were happy with this arrangement at the time and that we agreed to contact you around Monday lunchtime.
You subsequently contacted the team first thing Monday morning to advise that you no longer wished to proceed and requested a refund of your £99 reservation fee. We asked you to provide your details by email so that this could be processed, and I can confirm that the refund was actioned first thing this morning.
Iâm sorry that your experience did not meet the level of service we expect to provide, particularly around the communication and the frustration caused by the vehicle no longer being available.

If I could give a negative it would be the highest negative possible, after 3.5 months in the Blackpool service team the car was no nearer getting fixed. The phone lines donât work for the service team and you just get a answerphobe message saying the mail box is full, all 2 months prior. Went to the store and was left waiting over 30 minutes along with 4 other customers as all the service team were in a meeting at 11:30am. Eventually was then seen by a girl who after a while found our car and said there was a fault but they didnât know how to deal with it so were emailing Europe for advise and it was due back on diagnostics the next day. As this was a warranty repair we decisions with our original seeking garageâpoolfoot motorsâ this was unacceptable and have arranged alternative motor through them. As we had personalisedplates on the car Irang sales at Nissan, only way to speak to a human, as arranged to go and swap the plates the next day and was told if there was an issue I would get a call, if not arrive around 10. We were left over an hour as they didnât know where the keys were, or where it was on the compound apparently. When my car arrived Iemptied it, only to find a warm McDonaldâs hot drink in the drinks console so the repair guy who originally went to retrieve atand the sales guy who returned in our car had obviously been there. Whilst waiting for our car one of sales team, a young fella with neck tattoos was on the phone to someone and was heard saying,âIsont know where they are Iâmjust running round like a knob headâ very professional. At no point over the 2 encounters were we offered any apology and I have to say this is worst experience of my life, so unprofessional

Days before collecting my new car on the Motability scheme, I found out the salesman had quietly tried to give me a less powerful car than I'd been priced for, in the colour I wanted, a spec that wasn't even on the Motability scheme. When I queried it, he claimed it was on the scheme. It wasn't. I asked him to cancel. He didn't. I had to ring Motability myself to sort it out. Zero transparency. A bit of honesty early on might have kept my custom. Ordered elsewhere instead.

terrible over the past three times our car went in to be fixed items have been stolen. a hello kitty fan from the back of the left seat when the carama went in to be fixed earlier this year. next the air con went a pen was stolen. now lastly they called it in for software update and now my special glasses i need to be outside have been stolen from the same back of the seat the fan was in. they are refusing to pay for replacement glasses the glasses were left the night before it went into them and gone after it come back. saying no cctv? surely that would show someone in the back of the car were they should not of been in the first place. wonât be using ormskirk one again next car w8nt have anything to do with these idiots.
