It was great! We did a private event for our daughter’s 16th birthday. The actors were kind and very professional - so funny too! However, it’s hard to keep the attention of 16 yr old girls. They had the best time, but I should have warned the actors and company to keep it shorter and move fast, but only bc of the age range.

I’d recommend 10 out of 10 to either go to one of their scheduled shows or book for private events. We had a blast!

The dinner detective was an amazing experience that was very interactive and fun in general

My babe made it amazing. The crew was adaptable and capable of a joke.

Actors were great at impromptu dialogue with guests. The mystery was difficult. It was fun!!!

Had a fantastic evening with The Dinner Detective crew for our company's 40th anniversary celebration dinner. They were fun, hilarious and memorable. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a unique and entertaining experience for any occasion. Also, one of the actors sounded just like Jeff Goldblum and that was awesome. Huge kudos!

This was the second show I attended (on 4/4). My first was with my youngest son, last weekend 3/28 in Green Bay, WI. We loved it so much we wanted to go again and again, I booked tickets for the premier event in Wausau, WI we tried to add a ticket for my oldest daughter and it filled up so quickly we couldn't so my son gave up his seat for his sister to go instead. Lesson learned, get all possible tickets right away! We had a blast, and the food was excellent! Every type of meal offered was eaten at our table, even those with dietary restrictions commented it was excellent. I highly recommend these shows especially if you enjoy a good laugh, good food, and just a great time! Plus it helps support your local community theater events! So looking forward to more Wausau shows, it was an hour and a half drive each way but it really was worth the trip! It was a great venue over all and if you don't want to drive it's right at the hotel so you can just stay and make it a little over night get away trip. Thank you again for all the laughs! Loved the entire team and we'll definitely be going to another show wherever it's offered around our state!

We had a lot of fun tonight at our first Murder Mystery dinner. The food at the venue was fine, nothing special, but the "show" and interactive theater elements were tons of fun. Thanks for a great night.

The food was good. It was a little crowded at the table trying to record things on a piece of paper with your place settings drinks…in the way. The experience was a little confusing not knowing what to expect. But we all had a good laugh and a new experience. Would I do it again? No

The production felt under-rehearsed and unprofessional. We were unable to hear or understand half the dialogue, and the presenter's vocal tone was so piercing that it resulted in a headache for everyone at our table. For future shows perhaps using a microphone would help, and additional rehearsals to ensure the quality meets expectations.

Fun night ! Cast was great and entertaining. However, for an event of this many guest there should have been more than 1 bar tender in my opinion.

The structure was great, however, I think the ambiance should have matched the story or gave more of a mystery feel. Minimal things like paper plates, the lack of water refills, etc. Everything matters - even before you enter the room. I would have also preferred a private ball room space as opposed to an attached restaurant of the hotel covered with black curtains. Also, I didnt enjoy seeing real life through the windows - put up curtains to really sell the immersion.

Exciting right out of gate.... entertainment staff kept things moving right along. Fun atmosphere and plenty of crowd engagement. Food service was efficient and tasty. Would definitely recommend you experience. Would consider doing a private experience for staff engagement. Thankful for this opportunity.

So much fun!! Really enjoyed it. Good times...will do it again for sure and highly recommend!

Interactive and engaging.

We haven't even gotten to the dinner and I'm disappointed. They cancelled the April 11 show, told us we could reschedule to another show or venue then proceed to charge us another $40 rescheduling fee for THEIR CANCELLATION! I'm thinking this is a giant rip-off. I'm completely dissatisfied if this is normal business practice.

We had a great time, show was awesome and a benefit the food was good.
