I can not put into words how grateful I am that I had Mr West and his team looking after me before during and after my skin removal surgery.
My journey was not straight forward due to an underlying health condition. Mr West ensured that everything was put into place to ensure my surgery would be safe and communicated with me at every step. He gave me clear expectations of what my results would be from my initial consultation. I felt like I could openly ask him any questions that I had. I was looked after exceptionally well during my hospital stay by all the medical and nursing team. Unfortunately I had some post operative complications but I was followed up closely and knew I could raise any concerns quickly and it be delt with. I can't describe how having this surgery has changed my life even just 3 months post op. I am a new woman both physically and mentally and difficult as the journey has been I have no regrets. It has made things possible in my life that weren't before. I can't wait to enjoy my final results. Saying thank you does not seem enough.

Having had such a bad experience with a previous surgeon, it was a relief to meet Mr West who was exactly like you want a surgeon to be. Knowledgeable, explained everything, inspired total confidence and planning everything carefully for pending operation.

Have seen Mr West before....had a great result...so this time I decided to see him again.

I recently required complex surgery to repair my abdominal wall and I was treated by Mr. West.

In october 2024 had a breast augmentation and mastopexy procedure with Mr West, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. From the very first consultation, Mr West and his team made me feel comfortable, and i was completely informed about every step of the process.

The consultation was thorough, Mr West listened to my goals and what it was i wanted to achieve through having surgery. He answered all of my questions with patience, and provided honest, professional recommendations that helped me choose the best size and implant type for my body.

On the day of surgery, I felt completely at ease thanks to the professionalism and kindness of both Mr West and his theatre staff. The procedure went smoothly, and the recovery process was much easier than I expected because of the clear aftercare instructions and ongoing support from the clinic.

Now, nearly one year post-op, I am beyond thrilled with the results. My breasts look natural, beautifully proportioned, and exactly how I hoped they would. The confidence I’ve gained from this procedure is life-changing, and I’m so grateful for the skill and expertise Mr West brought to my surgery.

Mr West is a very experienced and skilled surgeon, he did a fantastic job in correcting some bad surgery I'd previously had. Very happy with the results - he took a lot of care over my surgery which I'm so grateful for 😊 I almost didn't go through with my operation because I was scared of having a massive scar, but I'm so glad I did it now - the scar is fading and is very neat!

The treatment was tailored to me and the timescales were appropriate. All questions were answered and the administration by Kerrie, Dr Wests secretary was superb.
