Very fast delivery

I recently purchased the Audace - Green Dial with Silver Stainless Steel Strap. This is a beautiful watch, elegant and ultra stylish, bracelet is very comfortable, the face is crystal clear. Presentation is second to none, housed in a gorgeous suede lined box, within an outer box. I have been complimented many times over the last four weeks since purchasing, and told is very reminiscent of a Rolex in style. I found Christophe Duchamp customer service very helpful answering questions promptly. Contacted them regarding resizing the bracelet, to have links professionally removed. Jewellers recommended, while informed does not invalidate the warranty. I Highly recommend Christophe Duchamp watches, the pricing is fantastic for the quality of watches they sell. The watches I brought are stunning. The photos don’t actually do them justice.

Postage was super quick and received them within 48 hours.

Customer service was second to none, quick reply when I had a few questions. Helpful, kind and accommodating (good old fashioned customer service).

I saw these watches while at the races (they were the offical timekeepers), and liked them right away. I went and told the table I was sitting at and they went to look and purchased two. Then I purchased two - a two tone silver and gold, and a silver skeleton watch, and one for my wife - a silver tank.
The watches look classy and I get compliments when I wear them. The build quality is excellent and they keep time perfectly.
Very friendly sales people and not pushy at all.

Definitely nice watches but crazy pricing. What I mean by that is you enter CARERS85 at checkout, the price drops by 85%. That's not 85% of the price, I mean 85% OFF the price! If you don't believe me, try it for yourself.

I love my Lenvie Diamond watch. Recently i lost a pin from it, because I wear my watch always, no matter what I do. I reached out to the support team and Karina was so kind! They shipped a new pin, plus one extra pin to my door. The response and shipping were very fast. Amazing service!
