are they even real? zero communication, help or service - HORRIBLE!!!

zero communication or ability to update on anything related to delivery, pickup, service, etc... was completely blown off twice without any notice or update on rescheduling. been on hold for over 2 hours (no joke 
and climbing). clearly they have zero customer service support or office personnel. absolutely horrible experience ...please, please, please only use them as an absolute last resort and your neighborhood kid with their wagon isn't available as they would be faster and more professional. trash company!

Don't care about their customers

Was good (which is why they got a 2star), but then went terrible. They damaged $700 of product in transit, I put in a claim that was ignored for 4 months (only responded to when I withheld payment - which they insisted was the priority). They increased my rates as a result of the claim, damaged more stock, then offered $60 compensation.

I pointed out the over $200k I'd spent, but that was ignored. Highly recommend NOT to use them, they don't care about their customers. (All screenshots are still available)

Very disappointing


We’ve had a very disappointing experience with C.H. Robinson since the transition from Freightquote.com.

A shipment we booked had its freight class changed after the fact, resulting in additional charges. We formally disputed this, but the claim was ignored, and no clear explanation has ever been provided for the reclassification.

Instead of resolving the issue, our account was placed on credit hold. We paid the disputed amount in good faith to keep operations moving, yet the account continues to be restricted. At one point, a shipment was processed, only for the account to be placed back on hold again, creating further disruption to our business.

Communication has been inconsistent, and escalation has not led to resolution. For a company of this size, this level of service is concerning.

This is a highly competitive industry, and service, transparency, and accountability matter. Based on our experience, the level of support we previously received does not align with what we are seeing now.

We hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to meaningful improvements.

Awful communication

Waste of my time, if people knew how to properly communicate things would be less stressful. Booked load for 1/5 get there they say 1/6. Paperwork shows pickup time. If they did not have load ready why have me drive 2 & a half hours to get there just to wait til the next day. I do not like my time wasted but What goes around comes around :)

Not an honest company to deal with

We shipped a compressor from Massachusetts to Florida. They supplied us with a quote and then required a credit card to secure the shipment. Then after the shipment was complete, they upcharged our credit card stating the standard pallet (48" x 48") actually measured 48" x 49". This was not true as we measured and weighed everything before it was picked up. 2 days later they upcharged our credit card again saying the delivery required a lift gate which it did not. After speaking to the receiver, he used a fork lift to remove the compressor. Shipper refuses to give us our money back.

O help from brokers with low rates!

I’ve been an owner operator for years, and the only broker that I always have issues with is ch. Robinson. From getting help after booking the load to after completion. Once book and trying to get help at a pick or delivery your hold for a long time or they never get back to you with response for assistance. Once you complete the load don’t expect to get paid detention or layover. Even if documentation shows your in and out times.

Ch-Robinson is the worst company ever


Ch-Robinson is the worst company ever the brokers are very disrespectful that curse at you hang up on you all the time I finished the load in July and I’m still fighting the broker to get paid from this Load. He will not give a new t code for me to go and deposit my money from the load and he will do everything not to respond to my emails. I’ve called C H Robinson in so many ways no one wants to help Everyone. Please stay away from CH or help me figure out how to put in a lawsuit against them for not paying me from my load that was completed successfully. The load number is. 519779586. The most disrespectful broker name is Greg and Kevin

No urgency, no follow up, no resolutions, only apathy

Across all companies of all kinds that i've dealt with in 35 years, CH Robinson is by far the most unconcerned with customer service. They could care less if you have issues with your service from them. No urgency, no follow up, no resolution attempts. They must make a lot of money without needing their customers? I don't care if you mess up my order, but I care if you are completely unmotivated to make the slightest attempt to fix it.

Consistently Solid: Trusting;with a Proven Agent for Over a Decade

From the first time we connected with our agent at C.H. Robinson, it felt different. Unlike previous experiences, our agent was reliable and proactive—up at 7:30 a.m., staying on the case until late evening. Over five years.
We’ve run hundreds of loads with very few hiccups—detention events happened less than 1% of the time and always paid without any argument. Booking is a breeze through Navisphere Carrier, and bid response in a 10-15 second.
We had one challenging incident—But thanks to our agent and support from a supervisor and tech team, it got resolved quickly.
Yes, some carriers have had frustrating experiences with C.H. Robinson—appointment mismatches, low rates, poor escalation. But experiences can vary widely by agent and volume level.

Our story is rooted in 13 years of consistent performance, respectful service, negligible detention, and real people who follow through. That’s not an accident—it’s a partnership built for the long term and we very appreciated to CH Robinson for the opportunity.
