Ive been waiting since 22nd of June for my delivery payment was confirmed and no one tell me when I order will be delivered despite several WhatsApp messages

We’ve searched both our order records and our business WhatsApp messages but, unfortunately, we haven’t been able to locate an order or any previous communication under the name Susie Ross. We also checked orders from 22nd June and couldn’t find a matching record.

Could you please reply with your order number, or alternatively the email address or full name used when placing the order? As soon as we have those details, we’ll investigate this as a priority and get it resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Amazing quality and customer service

My order came super fast and the pre-filled cartridge looks amazing! It has it's own new box, label and leaflet that was super helpful. I'm amazed they constitute the day of dispatch as-well and quality of the pen was very good. All looks really professional and customer service was incredible when I needed a little help finding products. Couldn't recommend a more professional but lovely company.

Don’t recommend

Arrived at my property in absolutely shocking condition. Not packaged well and damaged. Will not be using any of the products ordered as looks cheap and nasty. The pen was broken and did not look very hygienic. I will be contacting for a for a full refund.

Mixed bag

Cloudy peptide despite normal reconstitution.
I have had other orders that have been all fine, attempted to reach out for a replacement but no response. Otherwise everything has been grand, having some good results for the research
