Amazing customer service, very transparent and the products are high quality.

I had an issue with one of the scanable tags. The live chat feature on their website was a saving grace. They spoke to me like a human, with compassion and transparency.

She is very honest and super understanding, I will buy from her again, I got the cards and they are amazing, makes things so much easier when the paramedics are called and then when the a&e doctors needs to know everything you can just present them with these cards

I have placed and received four orders since October 2024.
The T-shirts and hoodies are very soft and comfy. They wash well and are generously sized. I also bought their walking stick, which is well worth the money and has eased the strain on my shoulder.
I received Tumblers today, and they are a good size and well-made.
They are a fantastic company, and the customer service is excellent. Any query I have had has been answered quickly.
I initially wanted a hoodie but with a t-shirt print on it, they straight away said no problem and issued me with a custom order form. The Hoodie is exactly what I wanted.
I will be ordering more from them, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone I know.

The medical card I ordered for my son from Chronically Sick Mamma is exactly what we have been looking for. It has all his conditions listed on one side and name, contact number and we added is date of birth to the other. It's the perfect size to fit in his wallet and the design means that because it's not overtly medical he's happy to carry it, unlike so many others we looked at. Communicationand delivery time was good. The card was well packaged. I would happily recommended both the medical cards and website.

I love the choice that’s available to purchase and the speed in which I receive my order. As a fibromyalgia sufferer myself I think it’s important we support each other. I’ll definitely be ordering again ❤️
