The unlock done on sfr but out of the estimated time maybe it tooks 4 days,,ok that not big deal except that when i was sending emails to support or to will@..... mail,i didnt get some human answer BUT...FINALLY THE UNLOCK DONE SO EVERYTHING IS OK NOW

The customer service was exceptional and I never felt scared that it might be a scam (like I felt with some other sites on previous unlocks). Now to Chronic Unlocks: Thank you very much! (Being deployed overseas, I need the fastest, newest phone to communicate better and keep in touch with my family; local phone call price compared to $2.99 USD/per minute with ATT would make life that much more stressful and having to cut the calls short saying that I can't stay long on the call, with family I don't even get to see enough!) This company is what all companies should be. The unlock was completed very quickly, but I couldn't get it to take on my iPhone. The people at ChronicUnlocks replied right away and got me on the trail to a liberated iPhone. Silly me, the software on my iPhone was so ancient that to get the unlock to take on my phone required getting it current first. And of course I also had to update my iTunes. I should stay more current, but the wonderful folks at ChronicUnlocks managed to save me from myself. THANKS!

took 5 days for an att unlock which is fast these days for att, Will and his company are the best around, 100% trust worthy.

At first I was scared to unlock my iPhone as I have heard stories that it can damage your phone and besides there are many companies that are scams. But after I have read some good reviews about this company, I gave it a try and paid $40 to unlock my iPhone 5 which was locked by EMEA service.
And I am really happy that it turned out good. It took about 24 hours and I received and E-mail that my iPhone was unlocked. I did not had to do any restore, it was all automatic. Based on my experience, I would recommend ChronicUnlocks to everyone.
