I LOVED. Thank you so much, 10/10 experience that was so worth the wait.

I ordered my items for a Birthday Present on the 05/05/26 using the 48 hour Royal Mail Tracked Service. The birthday was on the 09/05/26. The items were not delivered and the information on the Royal Mail App was not updated since the 06/05/26. The experience ruined a special birthday. I have complained to Royal Mail and Emailed the supplier today - awaiting a reply.

Admin for chuchucherry got back to me quickly after I messaged on instagram for help regarding tracking but they were super helpful! I’m happy with the communication and condition it arrived in. I’m happy to support a start-up k-pop store!

Perfect sorting and really sweet freebies, amazing packaging and fast shipping!

Really lovely company, customer service team was amazing when I was asking some questions. Order arrived promptly and got everything I asked for and more! Definitely will be repurchasing from this company! 😊

came in perfect condition with freebies!! :D

Arrived quickly and safely!

Purchase came well packaged and delivered promptly. Always has BTS latest albums on preorder, so never disappointed. I have always received very good service from this company. Highly Recommend.

waited 1 month for a preorder with weverse benefits(which is understandable due to korea shipping), ended up getting the wrong album version(not understandable after the wait!) can't even exchange because it's out of stock and limited but would like a refund honestly. However, great pulls!

I was very happy with the customer service, but I only found out about this because it took me very long to receive my package. However, the package came in great condition, and I got a cool little card and a postcard-ish thing with who I think Wumuti was on. Very happy with my purchase!

Great shop! Products are genuine and are shipped safely and securely.

I'm probs gonna review again soon but amazing as always!!! Ordered the no labels X3 set with the preorder cool inclusions, no labels yorts hehe and a bunchhh of ppulbatu keychains, I am in love with them all!! Nothing damaged, all perfect condition and I love the cute freebie photocard of YJ and dani 💕 1000% recommend

My first time shopping with chuchucherry and it was absolutely wonderful! The website is so easy to navigate and it's nice to find a store that actually stocks a great range of TXT merch at such a great price. Because it was a pre-order item, shipping did take a little longer than expected but all of the questions that I asked were answered promptly so I knew I had nothing to worry about. And the albums arrived in perfect condition.
It really was such a lovely shopping experience so I just had to pre-order the txt season greetings! I don't think I will be buying my TXT merch from anywhere else!
Thank you so much chuchucherry!!!

Product came within the time it said, and was packaged well and safe

Chuchucherry include products that are not sold on other sites so that's amazing! They're super efficient with updates and shipping. Packaging is very good too. You can tell they really care about their customers. Will order from Chuchucherry more :)

it came in great condition

No updates, had to follow-up. Took a while before the order was even sent. Had to email and send a message on Instagram. Response took a day or two as well.

chuchucherry has been my go to for albums since i ordered txt's blue hour and pulled soobin r (literally consider them my lucky charm)😭😭 this most recent order of mine happened to be the 5000th placed so i was gifted a free beomgyu panic album, and when i tell you i was THE MOST excited and grateful🤭💘 beomgyu is my ult/part of the reason i love kpop the way that i do, and i had been wanting his solo album since its release, so getting it by surprise like that was beyond lovely!!! 😙🫶 overall i cannot recommend them enough, every time i reach out via email the team is always kind, and of course my orders always arrive on time and safely packaged<3 future customer for always, my fav kpop shop

Fantastic service, super fast great condition and packaged well.

i always love to pre-order with chuchucherry!! my albums came as soon as they landed, and with the photocard sorting, i was able to get 2/3 soobin photocards with the set !! they even sort inclusions too!! thank you so much 🥺💓
